Took my grandkids to visit Chuck E. Cheese. I especially appreciate the security there. Never seen anyone get through that gate without somebody checking in this day and age that’s very valuable to me. The place was clean. There were a lot of new Games and new play area. I like the idea that we could pay by the amount of time. We’re there being able to pause during food. Chuck E. Cheese really drew the kids in without being overbearing or scary to my 2 1/2 year-old...read full review
It's a birthday week, and over here it's experiences over things! My son's been wanting to go to for a while, and ours just got remodeled not long ago, new games and a play area with a slide, trampoline, and climbing sections! We grabbed the Summer Fun Pass: unlimited visits through Labor Day (9/7), starting at $54.99, no activation window. We got a slightly bigger package with the 100 point package (50 each for the kids) + trampoline/slide access, plus a free ice cream coupon...read full review
The whole experience was ok, the host was great, the pizza was really good. The only thing is...the trampolines and climbing thing, why they would build something big like this that takes almost half of the space and do mot make it included in any of the birthday package??? Kids go and want to jump and are turned away because it is not included, just make another birthday package that includes it. I totally do not understand it. It feels wrong!

Chuck E. Cheese has undergone a wonderful remodel, making it a safe and enjoyable space for kids. The restaurant offers a variety of games, including a giant Halo game, and unlimited game time at great rates. The pizza is also a highlight, standing out among many options on Long Island. With its new setup and added games, Chuck E. Cheese is a fun destination for kids of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers.
The staff is extra friendly, and the party host is helpful and kind, paying attention to the children and making them feel special. The toddler section has been reorganized, making it more enjoyable for little ones, and the new, engaging content on the TVs keeps the kids entertained. The cleanliness of the space is noticeable, with staff actively cleaning and maintaining the area while handling their other duties, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
The worker playing Chuck E. Cheese during the visit was incredibly enthusiastic, dancing with the kids and creating a fun and lively atmosphere, even when they experienced a minor injury. Overall, the experience at Chuck E. Cheese is fantastic, and families look forward to celebrating their children's birthdays at this location.
