Having not been here in over 10 years, wow this place has changed(for the better). It is basically like a dave and busters for toddlers through teenagers, and has great rates on unlimited games. The pizza is really good too, even when there are so many options on Long Island. My kids (3 and 2) loved it and we will definitely be back soon.

The new renovation makes being here been better and a lot more fun. I love the new set up and the new games that they added. They still have some old favorites too.

It has definitely improved in terms of atmosphere, it's always a fun time for kids with a good age range for enjoyment and a decent variety of games to play. The food has always been ok and it's still okay even teetering in good. The service is a bit all over the place and hectic and they don't really seem to pay much attention to the safe check out thing as I just walked in and out abs the stamps are a joke so keep your kids in sight 100%. Also prize options weren't very diverse for the lower ticket options. Overall did the kids it was fun!

As far as children’s play places go, this place was awesome. The only downfall to this place was some of the arcade games were broken and not functioning properly. They seemed to have overbooked for the day for parties so food and service was taking twice as long to come out. Not knocking the place as a whole, but just sharing observations.

This place is great for ages 2yrs-6yrs old. The location is off a main highway so if you have kids who don't listen, I advise putting them on a leash before they turn to pasta sauce. This was a core childhood memory great place to take the kids if you want to kill time or have a birthday party for them. They have the best pizza and good pricing. I would say it's kind of busy depending on the day and time of day you go. Space is divided into two areas for younger and older children. I would not go here if you don't want your kids getting sick this place is crawling with germs, staff is decent, but they don't clean anything. I would not let your child walk around unsupervised because this place always has some type of creepy man looking a child up and down. I overall would say give this place a try.Parking: Parking is always accessible even if you park far it's not a long walk.

My family and I go to Chuck E. Cheese often. We always have so much fun. Jenny the manger is always so helpful and very sweet to my daughters. Jenny should be promoted to district manger she is very good at what she does. I can't wait to celebrate my oldest daughter's 3rd birthday at this Chuck E cheese!
