“I moved out of the area for a few years and recently moved back. Cornucopia was one of my first stops. I missed the staff and the awesome food they make so much. Chicken Waldorf Salad and a Banana Date Smoothie were of course my first order of business. Both absolute must haves! There was a girl named Tina who used to work there, who made a summer specialty smoothie called Tina Colada. Obviously it had no liquor (☹️), but if you closed your eyes, you’d swear you were sipping it on a beach in Jamaica! It was so good! Wish they’d put it back on the menu. I was sorry to see that Sweet Soul Bakery had closed, because their brownies and homemade soups were to die for. But a new bakery makes a mini vegan coffee cake, mini vegan cheesecake, and mini vegan carrot cake - all very good! The Cole slaw is still awesome, and I highly recommend the Buffalo cauliflower!!!“

“This is one of my favorite places to stop and get a bite to eat. They have great rice bowls with very generous portions of protein. You also get a pita on the side with a cup of hummus. There are toppings for the hummus as well, including my favorite, olive spread. The service is warm and friendly and the staff are great. They also have great muffins and protein packs. To the side there are some interesting energy drinks but I have not tried those. Overall, I really like their food and the price is good for what you get. I highly recommend them!!!“

“I've only eaten here once and I just have to rave about it. There are SO many vegan and vegetarian options! Near me, Bird and Bao closed. I thought I'd have to wait to go to Brooklyn to get an authentic one again. I was so excited about Yume! This place has them, and they are fantastic! The tofu was crisp, the cucumbers and mushrooms were fresh, and the quality was excellent. It felt so good to have a bao bun, and know how many options there are for next time!
My friend got a poke bowl today and repeatedly raved about how much salmon was packed into it, and that she was thrilled for her leftovers. They have extremely generous portions, which is great for when I get my own poke bowl/ramen. There are also many teas and drinks I want to try, it's overwhelming how great everything sounds. A coworker had previously mentioned how great the Ramen was too.
People at my job talk about this place all the time, and they're absolutely right! It was worth the hype and no matter your diet, you'll find something to love. A great staple to the mall, they deserve the best!“

“Delicious products and an amazingly thoughtful menu for people with celiac or gluten allergies. I found gluten free gingerbread people for my daughter to decorate at an upcoming holiday party, and a gluten free gingerbread house kit, which I’ve never been able to find before! My daughter was also able to get a toasted buttered bagel for the road, also a first for her! The staff is kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!“

And if you’d like to see an amazing bakery, which is attached to this restaurant, this is the place to go! “Breakfast is our favorite meal and we eat out every morning. Due to an early morning doctor appointment, we bumped into Buttermilk’s Kitchen. Great vibe as soon as you walk in….friendly and cheerful staff, nice decor, immediate service. I had the “The ‘Ol Barnyard”…..the sausage gravy was excellent with big chunks of sausage and super flavorful…..probably the best I’ve had here in NY and most of the South!!! The bacon was high quality and very tasty. My perfect over easy eggs were so fresh (yes, I can taste the freshness and quality just by having a bite of the whites!). My husband had a “Create Your Own Omelette” and declared that is was a “work of art” (I was offended because I make a darn good omelette and he never said that to me!) We were concerned about the “hash browns” because that usually means just cubed and fried potatoes, so we were very pleasantly surprised at the delicious shredded and seasoned, crispy but soft hash browns. Our regular coffee was good and hot, and they offer several “craft” coffee options. The Banana Foster French toast looked delectable! The lunch menu looks good, as well. We’ll definitely be back.“

These days, it's hard to find a restaurant where servers take the time to get know regulars. We truly appreciate them always providing amazing service.“
