“I became a regular diner to Riley’s a couple of years ago. Gotta tell ya, the food is as good as any high restaurant I eat at and I dine out a lot. Fun, delicious, quality menu that has never once disappointed on any item, ever. Yes it is mostly basic pub food but so are 50% of the restaurants on Long Island now and Fibbers is perfect and priced more than fair. Can’t remember the servers but the two ladies are always right there, refills on drinks, food on time and always with a smile regardless how busy they are. Come back soon guys! “The restaurant food and service was very good. However, no one likes to be served a martini in a champagne glass. It’s like drinking out of a bowl of soup. You should serve your martinis in the proper glasses.“

“The food was excellent, and the bus staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our waitress was not very warm or inviting, which affected the overall experience. After she brought us the bill, we waited around 10 minutes for our card to be processed while she was doing side work, and eventually another staff member had to run it for us. It just felt a little odd to be left waiting that long when we were ready to pay and leave. Overall, the food was great, but the service could have been more welcoming and attentive.“

“update below: Went for a Disney bingo which was so fun but we ordered a special on the board (both the same) and we both got sick. I wrote and email expressing my concern , which they responded quickly and tried connecting on the phone but they dropped the ball and did not respond to my follow up call nor my follow up email week has gone by. It’s nice in there I would’ve considered returning.

Tim, the manager called again and we had a nice conversation that I much appreciated. Offered gift card which was very kind. Sometimes things happen, if I business is willing to make it right and show humility it’s a good business. I’ve updated this review in high hope of returning and having a good experience and updating to 5 stars!“

“My mom and I hosted a baby shower here, just this past weekend, and we feel we need to scream from the rooftops just how amazing it was! The staff was phenomenal, anything we needed they were right there to help! The food was stellar and all of our guests were talking about how they wish they could load up to go containers from the buffet! If you ever have to throw an event, do yourself the favor and check them out! The owner is the nicest guy and really just went above and beyond to help make the shower perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars I would !!“

“Last Wednesday I was at Davis vision works and we walk to the restaurant for lunch whem we get the we were standing up for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to give us a table. finally whem someone come to us and without asking if we need a table rigth away he say is was 15 mint wait, me while the restaurant wasn't even packed it was a lot of table empty and even like that he was going to make us to wait more. really bad service and rude attention. we have money to pay it wasn't like we were asking for a free table. people are really racist at this place.
