“The restaurant food and service was very good. However, no one likes to be served a martini in a champagne glass. It’s like drinking out of a bowl of soup. You should serve your martinis in the proper glasses.“

“The food was excellent, and the bus staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our waitress was not very warm or inviting, which affected the overall experience. After she brought us the bill, we waited around 10 minutes for our card to be processed while she was doing side work, and eventually another staff member had to run it for us. It just felt a little odd to be left waiting that long when we were ready to pay and leave. Overall, the food was great, but the service could have been more welcoming and attentive.“

“update below: Went for a Disney bingo which was so fun but we ordered a special on the board (both the same) and we both got sick. I wrote and email expressing my concern , which they responded quickly and tried connecting on the phone but they dropped the ball and did not respond to my follow up call nor my follow up email week has gone by. It’s nice in there I would’ve considered returning.

Tim, the manager called again and we had a nice conversation that I much appreciated. Offered gift card which was very kind. Sometimes things happen, if I business is willing to make it right and show humility it’s a good business. I’ve updated this review in high hope of returning and having a good experience and updating to 5 stars!“

“My mom and I hosted a baby shower here, just this past weekend, and we feel we need to scream from the rooftops just how amazing it was! The staff was phenomenal, anything we needed they were right there to help! The food was stellar and all of our guests were talking about how they wish they could load up to go containers from the buffet! If you ever have to throw an event, do yourself the favor and check them out! The owner is the nicest guy and really just went above and beyond to help make the shower perfect! “We've had great experiences at Nu. It's a quiet spot, usually, and the food is really great. We always get filet mignon or their pork chop, which is fabulous. Their wine list is great, and the service is always top notch. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to service. I like to have great service but also be left alone, which is exactly what they do. The servers have always been attentive and professional. They know what to recommend and can advise you on the menu. I have to repeat. Their food is GREAT! although I do always order the filet mignon. It's the best .“

They both go out of their way to make sure our dining experience is excellent. From keeping up with my boyfriend's diet coke habit to giving us bread without asking with our french onion soup. These days, it's hard to find a restaurant where servers take the time to get know regulars. We truly appreciate them always providing amazing service.“
