Our friend's favorite spot for a late lunch/happy hour. Tried the BBQ shrimp, which was really good, and the ceviche, along with some wine and cocktails. They have happy hour 12-5 pm, which is convenient, and nice patio and bay view!
I always look forward to visiting the Hideaway for a chef quality meal and craft cocktails. Pay attention to the specials - it means it's not only fresh but the kitchen is inspired. I've also been here for an engagement party and a wedding and they do a great job with events too!

Great place on Fire Island with fantastic views of the water. The food and drinks were made perfectly! Delicious Hideaway burger and Korean chicken! The Rum Punch was very fitting as the restaurant and bar have an island vibe to them. Will be back again next time I come to Fire Island.
