The employees I’ve encountered here work really hard but they need more of them. There’s often only 1 working on the mobile and in store orders at a time and the mobile orders are done after everyone in store has been taken care of. So if you order through the app you’ll be waiting which should not be the case. They need more help!
This is by far the best Dunkin location ever... I'm not just saying this to exaggerate, every time I've been to this location they are so delightful & it's every time no matter what time of the day. The managers are extremely kind. The integrity at this location is top of the top

The service was great and everything looked like it was baked in house which was nice considering few Dunkin's still use the in store kitchens. However, they did not have any of the items that I wanted which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall the store had a very nice environment and ambiance which I appreciated.
