“This dunkin is small and gets crowded on the weekends when the soccer fields are open but every time we go, the service is always great and very clean. “I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

“Five Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Gracie at Dunkin' is absolutely the best! I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile, everything came out perfect. It's always such a pleasure to deal with the crew from the St. James Dunkin'. They truly go above and beyond to make every visit a great one. Thank you for the excellent service!“

“I love dunkin and I always want to try new drinks, however having life-threatening allergies always held me back due to people getting annoyed having to do things more carefully to avoid cross contamination. George at the medford dunkin let me read the ingredients on the banana cold foam so i didnt have to worry and even used a sealed fork to stir it so i didnt have to worry about cross contamination with almond milk with the general stirring spoon! He did all of this with a smile and I was able to enjoy this delicious drink without worry! It’s so rare to find people so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for someone with allergies but I am so glad he did and I will definitely be back! I’m so glad my allergies were met with such a positive and understanding reaction to what some would call a burden of an order! It may not seem like a big deal to most people, but as a teen its so hard to be taken seriously sometimes or treated with respect and kindness over rude and disrespectfulness so i am so glad it was George who took and made my order!“

“It was good. Just a typical Dunkin. Got a frozen coffee, no complaints was made just fine. Staff was a bunch of teenage girls, no complaints about them either. Sorry I don't know much to say because it's literally like every other Dunkin you go into lol“

“Was in there this morning , witnessed the worker being so rude to a elderly man . I stayed in there the whole time listening and making sure the man was ok . This worker is always there when I go in and always rude !! He needs to learn some manners .“

“So I just want to say that I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer. I do not always come to this location but I have to say. The one time I did, my iced coffee was amazing! I ordered in the mobile app and picked up, it was made just the way I ordered it. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Thank you team! Keep up the good work. I will tip the next time I pick up.“

“It's seven pm on Friday, September 27, 2024. I was attended by two girls who were very kind. I would tell their employer to give them a salary increase for their talent at work. We need more people like that in this world. Excellent service.“

“They always do good and all but… I ask for Loaded Harsh Brown I even said it!! And yet when I got my meals and saw only three regular harsh brown I told them I ask for One Loaded Harsh and they said I didn’t when I did and in the recipe it even said One Harsh Brown Two Regular Harsh Brown!!! And yet they said I didn’t so maybe next time try do better please“

“I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.
I see a review from a year ago that their number was also out of service then. I find that very strange.“

“Dunkin' coffee isn't trying to sell you some mystical experience with beans harvested on an unreachable mountain peak. It is exactly the honest, warm, unpretentious rescue you need when your alarm goes off way too early. Its profile is unmistakably consistent: a smooth, comforting flavor without that aggressive, face-scrunching acidity, and just the right level of roast to jumpstart your brain.
Whether you grab it iced to survive a scorching day or steaming hot to fight off the winter chill, that first sip always feels like catching up with an old friend who knows exactly how to cheer you up. It’s accessible, fast, and above all, absolutely vital for making the chaos of the daily grind a little more manageable. Five stars—not for being the fanciest coffee in the world, but for always being right there when you need it most.“

“This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.“

“I went on a Friday afternoon. Very clean interior with a modern feel. Ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee and Hashbrowns, which were delicious. Staff was friendly. Ariana, Caitlin, and Alyssa were the young ladies who helped me out. Will definitely be coming back to this “
