Staff was very very slow. Took 15 minutes to heat up a sandwich in the microwave. We were told we had to wait for the Uber orders to be completed even though we were in the store. The egg sandwich was NOT made according to order and NOT fully cooked.
The coffee is always fresh and the service is always fast and friendly the only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because lately the munchkins aren't as fresh (Soft) maybe it's the weather or maybe they aren't selling as fast because of COVID but I will update my rating if it changes.

I went in with all intentions of purchasing food but after using the bathroom was quickly leaving the place. There was a dirty toilet and liquid... at the base of same toilet. A worker used it right before me and clearly left it the same way. I will try again but no donut purchase that day.
