“Really like this place! Was on a 4 day trip and decided to try this place out. Ended up going back here 3 times during the trip. Food was delicious and healthy! Wanted something quick, tasty, and fulfilling without feeling bad after eating it and this place hit the spot. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful especially since I had trouble deciding what I wanted because it all looked good!”

“I discovered this gem by googling pizza near the airport. The pizza ? was very good. The garlic knots were some of the best I ever had. We then ended the meal with Zepooles with Nutella. Very good. However, equally important as the food are the owners! They were so welcoming and friendly. This is my new go-to spot after a flight. Can't wait to taste more of the various menu items. They serve breakfast as well.”

“When you walk in, you immediately smell the BBQ in the air. Food is very good. Needed a vegetarian meal and was able to find a veggie burger on the menu that was delicious. Great atmosphere. Fun for a night out with friends or with the family. Bathrooms are not the greatest though.”

“Loved this place, first time trying NY pizza, I was standing in line off to the side and asked one of the customers if they tried this chicken pie with mozzarella cheese, she looks at me and says, Everything is good here! And it was, ordered a few pies, tipped the guy and he brings me garlic bread as a free side! Very nice ppl here.”

“The owner of this establishment is a pure gentleman with a heart of gold, and it shows in his food. Speaking with him about his years of cooking truly gives you the sense of pride he has in his craft. I had the pleasure of tasting his food when he catered a gathering I was attending. Between the brisket, ribs and chicken, the flavors were amazing. Brisket was cooked perfectly. Ribs were delicious. Just the right amount of BBQ sauce not to over power the meat. Potato salad and Mac and cheese definitely a must have. I can't say enough how good his food is. I will definitely be hiring him for any event I have. Thanks John.”

“The pizza is delicious, the owner recommended the spicy honey pepperoni slice, which I ordered and it was delicious. Better than Gino’s, the atmosphere is unique. I definitely will return.”

“As an Italian raised kid who has always stayed loyal to a pizzeria I would take a slice from D’matteos any time and day. There is a beautiful combination of ingredients that allows for the ability to make a crispy or soft slice depending on your preference, and most importantly the selection of toppings is unmatched and the quality of them is of the highest. Also, the balancing of the toppings is perfect to ensure you don’t feel too full to get through a slice but it also isn’t too little to where you don’t feel satisfied after eating. The Italian authenticity is exquisite and I will absolutely continue to support this family run pizzeria.”

“Love owner Johnny make you feel like family. Food is always Amazing and a huge variety and seasonal changes to menu not other places always the same and boring. I would highly recommend and say hello to Johnny and tell him big Joe says hello.Vegetarian options: Rolls, and they will make whatever you want just ask.Parking: Never had a problem finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: Very kids friendly. owner Johnny gives kids a toy. My daughter loved it.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes all ground level. I have seen a few people in wheelchair there.”

“My second time here, at the mobile stop conveniently located on the South service road of LIE at exit 60. Perfect if you coming home on the train. We ordered nachos, salsa and queso dip. Chips were made to perfection lightly salted, salsa a different flavor than I'm used to but excellent I can't quite peg what the difference is but it's great. Same with the queso. I had the Mongolian burrito it had a kick with lime and the beef was phenomenally dressed and crispy. My one critique would be it wasn't wrapped to tight but all good I ate some out with a fork. We had the shrimp and fish tacos as well, "it was everything I wanted". Direct quote. They changed up the outside since I was there last, no more picnic tables (maybe it's a seasonal thing). They've got a couple games to play as you wait for your food. Some nice string lights and flowers make a puppy vibe. 10/10 will be back.”

“I wish I jumped on this bandwagon earlier than last week. I used to do my own meal prep, but eating the same thing multiple days a week got old, along with the shopping, cooking, and juggling two toddlers. Pricepoint- I work in Brooklyn- try finding a healthy meal for under 10 dollars. Also break down the time to drive to the supermarket, shop, prep, cook, put in containers. With that being said, I feel the price is reasonable. Quality- everything I ordered was very enjoyable and didn't regret any dish I picked. My only complaint- a few of the dishes had undercooked rice. Awaiting my next order and many more. Game changer for me.”

“The server I had was amazing today. Amanda was almost. I went here with my family, and everything was good ,I tried the crab cheese fries, and they weren't the greatest. I didn't complain, but Amanda noticed and asked, and I explained it wasn't the greatest, but I was fine with my bill. Amanda returned with a new bill, taking off the fries, which I never asked her. I definitely appreciate it!She interacted with my family, and she was attentive ,I didn't have to ask for anything she was on it and she has an amazing personality, not to mention she was training someone and still did absolutely amazing!!!Thank you, Amanda M-”
