The server I had was amazing today. Amanda was almost. I went here with my family, and everything was good ,I tried the crab cheese fries, and they weren't the greatest. I didn't complain, but Amanda noticed and asked, and I explained it wasn't the greatest, but I was fine with my bill. Amanda returned with a new bill, taking off the fries, which I never asked her. I’m not a huge seafood fan. I have to say that right off the bat but I do love Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp with Piña Colada dipping sauce. I went with my 90 year old mom. Our server was named Essence. She was absolutely delightful. She recommended the Salt and Vinegar Shrimp and boy was she not wrong. It was absolutely delicious. We both had shrimp and both enjoyed it. Disappointed in our experience at Red Lobster tonight. The server gave us an attitude after we asked about a drink coupon. Then the fries for the kids came out barely covering the plate, almost as if half of the fries were taken off. I ordered a surf and turf with medium as the meat temp, and it came out well done.
