Disappointed in our experience at Red Lobster tonight. The server gave us an attitude after we asked about a drink coupon. Then the fries for the kids came out barely covering the plate, almost as if half of the fries were taken off. I ordered a surf and turf with medium as the meat temp, and it came out well done. The server never applied the drink coupon, and I had to rush out as my son had some random allergic reaction to something in the food.Probably the last time I’m going to this place.

The server I had was amazing today. Amanda was almost. I went here with my family, and everything was good ,I tried the crab cheese fries, and they weren't the greatest. I didn't complain, but Amanda noticed and asked, and I explained it wasn't the greatest, but I was fine with my bill. Amanda returned with a new bill, taking off the fries, which I never asked her. I definitely appreciate it!She interacted with my family, and she was attentive ,I didn't have to ask for anything she was on it and she has an amazing personality, not to mention she was training someone and still did absolutely amazing!!!Thank you, Amanda M-
I’m not a huge seafood fan. I have to say that right off the bat but I do love Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp with Piña Colada dipping sauce. I went with my 90 year old mom. Our server was named Essence. She was absolutely delightful. She recommended the Salt and Vinegar Shrimp and boy was she not wrong. It was absolutely delicious. We both had shrimp and both enjoyed it. The service by Essence was excellent and really elevated our experience to the next level. I am looking forward to going back.

Remember when you went to THAT one crazy aunt and uncle's house and they took you out to dinner? It was probably here. Not awful, not great. Just good enough to eat and leave not hungry. However make no mistake, the cheddar biscuits are still amazing.
