After seeing many people, enjoying their ices, we decided we would try it out. Ralph's offered a large variety of flavors that seemed to be full of excessive sugar. The gal at the counter was helpful and efficient. The store could use a good cleaning. The ices were good, but not as good as we are used to having in our local area.

Place needs better or any type of management. Girls are too young in there to be handling money or orders. I order a small ice and small shake. $13.05. I give the girl a $20 bill and say oh I think I have they .05$, hand her a dime and she’s says well this is .10$. I said ya so now you can give me $7.05 back instead of $6.95 . She gives me .05 total back, says okay have a good day . Okay whatever I just leave bc it’s busy not going to make a thing of it. Take a sip of my “shake” had to just be milk and strawberry’s not a single drop of ice cream. $20 taught me not to use this place ever again.

Decided to drive here because my local Ralph's was already closed since it was 11pm, this location says they are open until 12AM Friday-Saturday.. make the drive and I get there and the door is locked at 11:15.. on yelp and maps it states they are open until 12AM on Friday and Saturday please update your hours so people like me won't waste time and gas coming too you guys.

I went on a weekday morning and ordered cherry dip vanilla soft serve… the girl dipped it so bad and I was shocked when she handed to me. Hopefully it was just a one time thing but there are better ice cream options in port Jeff.

Went on Friday Night to get Ice after dinner. The girls behind the counter could not care less no smiles no hello and when I asked for covers I was met with an eye roll. Also if you need a cover they use flat covers rather then round ones like other Ralph locations do. After the poor service I will no be returning and will visit other Locations. Safe your self a headache avoid at all costs and choose the ice cream place next door instead if your looking for a cool treat in Port Jeff

Update your hours. How do they close at 7pm?Edit to your response. Ralph’s on google maps said it was open till 11pm. I shouldn’t have to go on your website to see if you are open. You only marked it as temporary closed after I said something

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could; given the service provided today. I've been going here for years with my family. Unfortunately, today's experience changed all future visits to this location. The "manager" was absolutely rude and hostile. I ordered a hard ice cream which was soft and melting when given to me, I didn't even take it off of the counter yet. When making the team aware the "manager" stated "there's a sign up there" she didn't state the policy when pointing to the sign there was no evidence of customer service at all in her demeanor or tone. Policy states "no refunds or exchanges". We shared the state of her product once more and immediately she responses "all of our hard ice cream are kind of soft, you can either purchase another item or I can call the constable to escort you out" absolutely taken back by her response we asked for her name which she refused, clearly she knew she was wrong. I mean you knew your product wasn't up to par to begin with, so you purposely scammed us by not sharing this information upon purchase. Livid with how we were treated by this "manager" we left the products on the counter and left even though we PAID! Never have I ever been disgusted by the customer service provided by an individual, surely holding a title she was not fit to hold! Good luck coming to this location! Word of advice: examine/try your order first BEFORE you pay!!!!

I ordered a chocolate ice and it had several hairs ALL OF WHICH WERE DIFFERENT COLORS in it. Disgusting.
