If you’re looking for an amazing pre- or post-workout treat — or just something delicious to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty — this place is it. The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites.

Delicious fresh smoothie bowls every time!
We just tried their açaí bowls and they were amazing! I’d been craving one (I’m pregnant lol) and it really did not disappoint! I’m so glad that we have a great local option for some good, healthy food! We will most definitely be coming back again soon! Probably sooner than we should (again, I’m pregnant lol) I’m excited to try their other options as well! Definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven’t yet!

Playa Bowls is a welcoming restaurant with pleasant employees and fresh, customizable bowls. It is a great place for a relaxing treat, with ample parking and options for indoor or outdoor seating, including cute seating outside and lawn games. The service is quick, with friendly staff, especially at the Miller Place location. Kids are welcomed and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. A low carb option for smoothies would be a nice addition for those with dietary restrictions. Playa Bowls offers a great selection of smoothies and bowls, with a forever bowl option that is double the size of most places and has an endless selection of toppings.
