I’ve ordered from here a few times and it was good. But today noooo. I ordered early in the morning so I was expecting some fresh food but didn’t get that. I ordered waakye and the meat was so hard and the food was literally cold I’m disappointed.

During my recent visit to this restaurant, I was served food (fried fish) that was not only ice cold but also seemed to be days old. When I notified the restaurant, I was told “We cook our fish early in the day and reheat it”. This response is unacceptable and I will be reporting this to the health department for poor temperature control and unsafe food storage . I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure future customers do not have to endure a similar experience.

Learn to cook or get an professional cook for your business period!!!!! Going in the building it looked very out dated. Ordered egusi soup which was very dry, i said no chicken just beef and goat meat, i recieve chicken and little meat. Pounded yam was not great, jollof rice could be a bit better. The fryed meat was over fryed-dryred. It was like they put the dryed meat on the bottom and soft meat on top. I didnt ask for stew sauce on the meat but i said ok thats fine. The only thing was good was there fryed plantains. I had better this was definitely disappointing.

One thing I can say about PABS is that it reminds me of a lot of small town African restaurants in Africa. It is really an experience unlike dining in a lot of places. I walked into PABS at 1230 on a weekday afternoon. It empty. No lights other than the daylight coming in through the front windows. Standing around a while, I noticed a bell on a cashiers station. I rang the bell. Someone showed up and said that indeed they were open. So I grabbed a table and waited for my friends to show up.When they arrived we wandered over and rang the bell again to let the folks in back know that we were ready to order. The waiter brought over the menue, written on a white board with a magic marker. Knowing only the rudimentaires of West African cuisine and in particular Ghanaian cuisine, we asked the waiter for a sampler. And indeed he provided one. Jollof rice and chicken, tilapia with another starch, peanut soup with fufu... all very tasty and exotic. While we were dining there was a steady stream of folks coming in for take out. Evidently midday, this was the way to go! The folks at PABS didn't mind if we brought in our own wine and beer as they do not have a liquor license. All in all good food, a different experience from your usual lunch, and a chance to experience a touch of Africa.

Very appealing on the outside. Inside too dark, unwelcoming. I ordered palmnut soup and fufu. Food was very good I expected the soup to have some sustenance, too watery but very flavorful.

The customer service is incredible, the portion size is very generous and the price is beyond affordable for authentic African food. I had the peanut butter soup with goat and banku and I’ll be back. I also noticed that the restaurant had an extremely pleasant smell. Very clean but not that overwhelming bleach smell that a lot of restaurants are notorious for. (Excuse my picture… I couldn’t wait lol)

I had plans to dine in but my food was packaged to go so I ate in the car. The palm nut soup was 10/10.Walking in the place didn’t smell like food … it was dark … lifeless …The fufu tasted like instant mashed potato. (Hungry jack) I was looking forward to a great tasting fufu but the instant taste ruined it. My fufu was wrapped in plastic but it wasn’t warm or hot it was served cold. My soup was nice and hot.The woman who greeted me was very pleasantAlthough the soup was good I wasn’t satisfied when swallowing my fufu and for this I will not be returningThank you-The pregnant ladyParking: Loads of parking

The customer service was great, staff was friendly. However I, unfortunately, did not like the food. I had been looking forward to having some jollof rice and it just was not good. It was dry and not very flavorful. The meat was also dry. I could not finish the food and was disappointed with the wasted $$$

Walked in and the door has a bell. No one came out and greeted us or had us take a seat. There was a woman sitting at one other tables. You could tell that she worked there. Her head never came up. The only person working was the guy in the corner doing someone’s income tax.
