The food is great the vibe is good place is always clean but when the older man is not there I don’t want to be there is kindness is greatly appreciated and professional way of handling the restaurant all I can say is when he’s not there service is not the same .
One thing I can say about PABS is that it reminds me of a lot of small town African restaurants in Africa. It is really an experience unlike dining in a lot of places. I walked into PABS at 1230 on a weekday afternoon. It empty. No lights other than the daylight coming in through the front windows. Standing around a while, I noticed a bell on a cashiers station.
