i ordered my pizza at 6:08pm. I called at 7:22 and placed on hold for over 10 mins. I was told - we are very busy. sorry. the pizza still hasn't arrived. it's 7:40pm now. horrible service

I have been ordering from this place for 5 years and I have been getting it square-cut now all of a sudden they say it's too busy to do square cut.
