i ordered my pizza at 6:08pm. I called at 7:22 and placed on hold for over 10 mins. I was told - we are very busy. sorry. the pizza still hasn't arrived. it's 7:40pm now. horrible service

Decided to finally try this pizza spot out. My usual spot is Oakland pizza in S.Windsor or Frank Pepes. I was not at all impressed with the Village Cheese Special pizza that i ordered. It was overcooked. The amount of garlic on it was perfect,however it needed more cheese. Very dried out. I felt as if I was eating garlic toast & not a white pizza. I also ordered the eggplant Parmigiana grinder. It was just a mushy tasteless mess. Only thing going was the bread. The bread was very fresh.

The delivery driver was nice.Scallops are to big to much breading and salty and no tarter or cocktail sauce was delivered with order. I called back to tell them she did offer to send driver back but I'm not pleased.

I Walk in and I heard was him yelling at his employee almost all the time I was in there and it is a good thing I brought the recite with me for my online order,,Cause of him trying to charge me more then I owed, My pizza was almost well done ,I am giving up from going there anymore.

I had food delivered to me earlier today the driver that came to my house was literally about to take my change expecting the tip. Normally I tip them but now we're getting a little too far with them always expecting a tip. I live paycheck to paycheck just like them I don't always have it. I'm not your employer it's not my job to give the money.

I am a manager for a local company and we order several party pizzas from them 2 or 3 times per month. I always speak to a nice women who did her best to accommodate. This time, I spoke to a rude man who obviously didn't care for our business. We order the same thing every time. But with him, the price was $17 higher and he had no reason of explaining this increase when the coupons I had were the exact ones from all our previous orders. When I questioned the increase, he got very rude, nasty at times, and now has lost our business. With so much competition in the area, we will gladly take our business elsewhere.
