I called about a question. I’ve had multiple encounters. The same guy there is very rude and obnoxious. I am a veteran. I tried going to order pizza he just argues with customers and hangs up on their face. I don’t experience this with other places. I would not recommend. Very out of character just for a question about payment. The way that he went from 0-100 is highly unprofessional.

Probably my favorite pizza place as of late. It's not the best pizza I've ever had, but it's pretty darn good and the value is unbeatable. Large cheese with 3 toppings and a 2 liter is $28. These days that's a solid deal. And it's always ready in half an hour tops, so it takes nothing for me to say i don't feel like making dinner tonight. I've yet to be disappointed.

Ordered 2 large pizzas at 6:57PM via slice app. ETA was 45-60 minutes. Slice app showed progress as far as step 3 out for delivery. At 8:40pm still nothing. Reached out to slice support who called store. According to slice agent store claimed they had just received order. Very dubious this was true since in the app it had proceeded to out for delivery step. Offered to process order but it would take another 45 minutes. I declined as it would be way too late and had zero confidence they would actually fufill order. Of course neither slice rep nor restaurant wanted to take any ownership of the issue. The most I got after voicing my dissatisfaction with the service was a $5 credit after waiting 90 minutes for nothing. Lucky if that can buy a coffee these days. Wouldn’t ever order from this restaurant again even if it was free. Absolute trash service.

Used to like it was quick service and decent pizza until last night I ordered food arrived 30 mins late was cold and the soda was flat. I messaged customer service on slice and they reached out couldn’t reach anyone then today followed up and was told they refused a refund or discount That’s insane I have proof it was 30 minutes late and who wants to have to microwave pizza when they get Definitely wouldn’t order her again due to extremely poor customer service Attached is order along with ring camera showing deliver time and when I called to check on order and when driver called they arrived

Then when you arrive they treat you even worse No specials they expect you to pay their overpriced prices when a frozen pizza from the store is similar in price. With so many other places close by, why would you spend that kind of money for terrible food and even worse customer interaction ?

Pizza is similar as a frozen pizza very scarce with the cheese it was dry.
I’ve always been a regular customer use to love them, these last two times I’ve order my food was not properly cooked and the orders were completely wrong. Yesterday 01/14/2026 I ordered once again being very direct with my order. When the order arrived the pizzas were completely wrong and the wings were still raw leading me and my family to get FOOD POISING. When I called to let them now the order was wrong, the owner or manager hung up in my face. I will be coming with my medical note & will be needing a REFUND.
CHECK THE FOOD BEFORE EATING IT.

This review does not reflect the nice delivery driver, however this place is inconsistent, and my special instructions go ignored. The other night I order a small pizza and a grinder. I asked for no cheese or tomatoes or mayo on the grinder, only to be extremely disappointed to find nasty melted cheese on it. I scrapped what I could off but lost half the meat in the process. The only cheese I tend to eat is the caramelized cheese on pizza and they dropped the ball there too. I asked them to make the pizza well done, when I get it the pizza looked undercooked. It needed 10 more minutes in my oven to get it where I would like it. I paid a decent amount of money for this only for them to ignore my instructions, which I double checked. They must not want my business anymore. Ive given them enough chances. It's a real shame because if this place was consistent it would easily be the best pizza place in East Hartford, but they don't seem to care about quality control or reading instructions. Im done gambling with my own money here.

I ordered food yesterday. And the estimated time was about 30-45 minutes after I ordered. I ordered for delivery. And my food NEVER showed up. I waited for two hours and by that time they were closed. Im glad I didn’t pay yet. I’ll never order from here again. Also heard that their food isn’t even good either. So I definitely don’t have any interest.
