Been a customer with Capatoros for years, have received a very family oriented srvice and good food since early 2000 untul Ralph sold the bussiness. Tried to stay with the new ownership thinking that things would stay the same but soon I realized that everything changed for the worst. I feel as if that ownershi/customer rekationship is no longer there. Also food quality (taste in dough, souse, cheese) is all changed and compromised to reduse the cost. Also, I used to get treated as a family member everytime I got to the restoraunt, not the sane anymore, sorry!

I have lived here for 4 years. These guys have never steered me wrong. Their pizza is the truth.
Can't get no info on reviews so I went it's very unorganized wont hire enough workers "staff shortage" was excused for long wait ECT. Pizza was good and subs

Another excellent meal for my team at NAPA New Haven from Ralph. Grinders were full of steak and veggies and delicious as always Salad was delicious too always our go to for lunch
