I waited 15 minutes for my food which was not only already paid for, but was sitting on the counter in open view. I asked a manager if someone could bring me my food and he replied with 'Im the only one here' while there were 3 waiters behind him on their phones. Only reason this review has 2 more stars than it should is because the food is as delicious as it always is and that is its only redeeming quality. If you buy from here, order out.

I’ve gone here a lot. We live in the area. If you dine in the food is amazing. If you don’t it’s not as good. Usually it’s soggy by the time you pick it up. Even if you do pick up and not delivery.

Ordered from grubhub, an extra cheese double cheeseburger, this is what i received. All the carbonized black on the burger is "cheese" should never let food leave Expo like this. Shameful.

Went to chili recently to enjoy a night with my 6 year old daughter. Our waitress Divine was great however the food gave us food posioning.
I had the 6oz sirloin with loaded mash and asparagus and my daughter had small mozzarella with French fries. we ordered buffalo wings as well, We signed up for chili to get the chips and salsa for free.
After eating and heading home we spent the majority of the night throwing up everything we ate among other symptoms. I will never come here again .

placed an order for pickup i was 2 min past my time & i still had to wait an additional 55 minutes total of 1 hr 25 min… this was a horrible experience… no one even checked on me until the very end
