Only 2 people working. Between The counter and the drive-thru, service was extremely slow. This is not an employee issue, this is an owner issue. They need to have more staff on hand

I tried to avoid this location due to the wait time at the drive-through. No matter when I go in the morning it’s at least a 10 to 15 minute wait. Get your stuff together. And figure out how to take care of your customers. People have to get to work.

I ordered a black coffee. Waited 15 before I got back in line to get it. Was being ignored by all 3 people behind counter. Several other people who came in after me(besides drive thru) had several coffees of different varieties AND food. Finally got the coffee , that they did have sitting at drive thru. Total time 20 mins for a plain hot black coffee. I used them monthly for work functions but I will not go back. Since the remodel it’s been a disaster and the staff changes(except for 2) every few weeks.

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Not only are they always out of donuts(out of the last 6 times I've been there, they've been out 4 times), but I have been charged twice for donuts they didn't have and didn't realize until after the sale.

The team at this Dunkin' was super kind. I redeemed some points for 2 items but they showed as redeemed but not as part of my order. They checked it out and made sure I got my entire order while they were busy juggling many other customers. Will come back. :)

The end of Dunkin is here. They had a $6 meal bagel egg sandwich, coffee, hash browns.
Now, it’s paper thin plastic tasting folded over “food” for $5
I’ve never felt hungrier after eating something in my life.
This is the end. Look what happened when subway started charging $12 instead of a $5 foot long sandwich.
It won’t be long now, Dunkin is done.
Good luck if you even want a napkin. You have to beg for a napkin. Not that you will need it since the “food” is so minimal.
This used to be one of the best dunkin's around and then they got a remodel and when they remodeled the property they remodelled the entire feel. I just paid $6 for a half a cup of mildly warm milk I'm starting to see why people go to

Ever since new owners took over, prices went up, wait times went up and quality is lacking. They also got rid of the senior discount which has upset a lot of seniors who always went there. Sad.

Since moving back to New Haven due to illness being in and out of the hospital for chronic issues I been trying to find a Dunkin near me when I am home and this Dunkin is the best very friendly and amazing staff def recommend
