Honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve been too! Went through the drive thru, was super clear on my order and drove 20 minutes out of my way to find it completely wrong. My other half drove back to get it corrected and the employee was BEYOND RUDE, never apologized or said a word. She took the coffee, gave him a new one with a dirty look!I’m finding the people who work at this location do not care about their job nor the service they provide people! We are paying for coffee….Managers need to step up and train these people because clearly they don’t know what they are doing, it’s pathetic people need to stop going to certain locations because management isn’t training their employees and the employees do not care!

Thursday, 8/17/23, around 9:30AM, I went through drive-thru to order a “Medium Iced Coffee w/ Butter Pecan and light ice.” Once I arrived at the speaker box, I waited about 3 minutes before the worker said anything. Once the worker spoke through the box, her voice was very low and you can immediately tell (based on her tone), that she had an attitude. Her voice was so low, I had to ask her to speak up because I couldn’t understand what she was saying and I didn’t know if she even heard my order. Once I told her my order, the speaker box became silent and I was sitting there waiting for my total. Another 30 secs goes by and I asked what was the total. You can tell she didn’t even put in my order because she repeated my order and she said “hold on.” Again, once she told me my total, I couldn’t hear what she had said so I asked her again what the total was.Now, we’re at the window. It took her about another 3 mins to come to the window. Once she opened the window, there was no “hello, how are you,” “your total is,”…nothing! Her face was very mean and you can tell she had an attitude. I didn’t say anything, so I put up my phone so she can scan it so I can earn my points and then I gave her my card. Once she gave me my drink and card back, I sat there to put everything in the car. I then asked her for some napkins and she handed me 3 ripped up napkins.I always taste my drink to make sure it’s what I asked for and once I took a sip, there was about a pump of Butter Pecan in the drink. Based on my whole drive thru experience and her attitude, I didn’t even want to ask her to remake it or add more Butter Pecan to it.I wasn’t even sitting there 30 secs and she yells at me and says, “EXCUSE ME, YOU HAVE TO GO” and points at the car behind me. Mind you, there’s only two cars in the drive thru (myself and the car behind me). I worked in a drive thru before and I’m aware that time matters, but don’t be disrespectful and yell at me. I ignored her and took my time putting my card away and made sure my drink was positioned in my cup holder so it wouldn’t spill, THEN I pulled off.Because of my negative experience and the disrespectful encounter, I will not be returning to this location. This was my first time at this location and it was very disappointing to say the least. The worker needs to be disciplined because with her attitude and demeanor, she shouldn’t be working at all. Her customer service skills sucks!!For context, she was a mid-aged, Hispanic lady with dark or brunette hair and between 5.0-5.4 ft tall.

Came here and ordered a watermelon raspberry refresher & the ham & Swiss croissant roll, even waited longer for the roll to finish. As I get to work, I bite it & it feels cold, meanwhile the croissant is burnt. I feel it & it’s cold to the touch, so I open it up & the whole thing on the inside is frozen. Like frozen frozen!! I had to throw it away. You can see the ice on it in the pictures. NEVER AGAIN!

So as I was traveling by this area my friend needed to get her hyperglycemia and sugar up so we popped in one car was in the drive through when it was our turn we realized that the young man JOV..N was by himself on at this location so n January 17. That's unacceptable to have the employee running the inside of the store and drive through plus there's cars after us. He did a great job considering being solo with customers inside as well. That's usury and the pay is Low for what he had to do that day...WHERE WAS HIS HELP it takes two to run a business line that the seller not reason why you had a 2 stars was because of your employee JOV...N.. You g zero star was an option that's what would've chosen.

Perhaps the worst Dunkin' I've ever tried. Slow service...two girls behind the counter this morning yapping about nothing instead of paying attention to customers. Then I get the wrong order. I guess I'll have to check my order from now on.

Very nice employees! The food + drinks were made fast & perfectly. A positive experience all around! It's off of a huge busy road so it looks more designed for customers primarily going through the drive through, but don't let that make you think you can't go in. There's plenty of seating available inside & the employees are welcoming! You can dine in, take out, or drive through! Whatever keeps you 'runnin' the way you need! ?

My entire order of food was cold and when I asked for the bagel to be dark toasted, they gave an attitude and the bagel was barely even warm. My breakfast sandwich wasn't even warm, it was cold and the hot coffee was cold as well, I received attitude the entire time I was ordering and at the window. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

Absolutely a safe excuse for a dunkin ever it’s on a main strip and they Close at like 6 o’clock not even any convenient hours absolutely ridiculous but all their signage says they’re open till 8 o’clock even in the summer they close at like 6 o’clock it’s ridiculous such a sad excuse for a Dunkin’ Donuts you go there unless certain people are there the coffee is always screwed up it’s like the people don’t even listen to what you’re saying the sandwiches they burn them constantly do not recommend anybody to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts stay on the one on Main Street in East Haven great hours great staff very seldom do they screw up your order or burn your food yellow reason why I gave this restaurant one star is because I couldn’t give it zero I’ll never do any business over there ever again
