It seems like whenever there's more than 3 people the staff implodes on itself. Didn't fully fill a medium cup of coffee, gave me a large for my iced latte instead of a medium, wrong orders given to people and needing to be remade but worse. I'd save your dollar and go to one of the other two in town, I now get why we need 3
Parking: Parking is small + tight and shared with the smoke shop right next to it. I've seen people park somewhere else and walk.

The attitude on today and I don't visit often. I am mostly a Starbucks customer. The banger for me was a few weeks ago. I pulled up because I was in the area, and I ordered a macciatto. The young lady tells me, " we don't sell that here , I never heard of it. I tell her it's on the menu. Then I drive off smh. Mrs. Rhonda from DD albany Ave needs to train you all. Rhonda has the best customer service .

I got to the drive thru 9:59 pm today 9/11/2024 I waited for one minute no one answer then lady she came from the back door scream in my face we close 10pm and she slammed door close !! I hope the Manager or the owner see this review.!

Why do you hire people who don't speak basic English, and then be rude for no reason?
Every time I go to this Dunkin they try to charge me a different amount for the same drink! I pay extra for whip cream this time they charged me 3x for the same! I refused told them to keep the drink! Not to mention when I get a hot coffee it tastes like hot water! The Service & the Quality of food stinks and I don’t recommend!

It doesn't get much better than the familiar flavors of a new England dunkin donuts. Be thankful of the quality because they only get worse the further south you get

If I could give zero star for service I would. This is one of the worst locations in the area, placed drive through order everything was correct on the screen drove home handed everyone theirs drink order and all where wrong but one thing is they where the all supposed to be the exact same drink only different was the sizes, so I called to explain what happened and was laughed at and hung up on. I'd rather go to Starbucks in Branford where, at least if they mess up, they ask you if you want the wrong order and still make you the correct one. And atmosphere terrible right next to a smoke shop no smoking signs everywhere yet when you walk into the place you are treated to a fog of smoke.

Just went through the drive thru. It's 820 am and the donuts are stale. My latte was cold. Lady at the window can't count, shorted my change then didn't speak enough English to understand she shorted me. Won't go to this one again
