It doesn't get much better than the familiar flavors of a new England dunkin donuts. Be thankful of the quality because they only get worse the further south you get

Just went through the drive thru. It's 820 am and the donuts are stale. My latte was cold. Lady at the window can't count, shorted my change then didn't speak enough English to understand she shorted me. Won't go to this one again

It's always a pleasure to go to the Dunkin donuts on main Street East Haven. The service is good the donuts are fresh. And you can sit there for a while having a nice conversation with someone in a nice environment.

I don't think the drive thru has ever gotten it right. I order a donut I get no cream in the donut when it's supposed to be in there. Coffee taste like garbage..I say I want my bagel extra toasted. The lady tells me yes I heard u extra dark. I get my bagel. It's not even toasted. For what u guys charge. U should be giving me gourmet food. Be so for real

Dunkin Donuts at 320 Main St East Haven it’s the most nastiest place , as someone who use to work there I wouldn’t drink or eat nothing they have. Sometimes in the morning if you drop a donut or a bagel or a croissant and nobody seen them drop it they pick it right back up and still use it. Their tap system ask them what there tubes look like. The only time they would do a deep clean is when they have inspection a week prior and after they go back to their bad habits. To pictures provided is what your drinking out of and what they make your sandwiches on all day. They run out of thing non stop and it’s not because they are selling but because they don’t have enough money to pay for all the things they need , have yall ever noticed that the wrap bags are now the bagel twist bags . Oh forgot to say sometimes they run out of ice coffee grinds so they use decaf in your coffee instead. So if you ever wondered why you felt sleepy even after having a cup of coffee that’s why. Most of the time employees are sick and are coughing , sneezing and talking over ya food and drinks. They do trash and go straight back to making your drinks and food without washing they hands , I would go on and on but no need there’s a memo

Coffee is always on point. People there are quick. Staff is friendly and professional. Been coming here for months and never had an issue. Wish I knew the names but the 2 main women I see there always keep the place running smoothly even during the busiest times. So far this is my favorite Dunkin I’ve come too.

I couldn’t agree more with the previous review. If this could be a minus 5 star review that would be giving them something. Total incompetence and horrible customer service. Ice cold drink in a hot cup when I ordered a HOT drink and was already on the road when I called to let them know. The answer I got was “If you ain’t coming back there ain’t nothing we can do for you” I wasn’t asking them to do anything but let their manager know but rest assured I AIN’T going back!

If I could give zero star for service I would. This is one of the worst locations in the area, placed drive through order everything was correct on the screen drove home handed everyone theirs drink order and all where wrong but one thing is they where the all supposed to be the exact same drink only different was the sizes, so I called to explain what happened and was laughed at and hung up on. I'd rather go to Starbucks in Branford where, at least if they mess up, they ask you if you want the wrong order and still make you the correct one. And atmosphere terrible right next to a smoke shop no smoking signs everywhere yet when you walk into the place you are treated to a fog of smoke.

I used to like going to this Dunkin Donuts. But the woman taking the orders at the drive thru speaker is always rude. She got more order wrong and when I pulled up to the window I could hear her telling the woman at the window taking the money that I was wrong. When I corrected her for lying she just said okay, okay and closed the window. I’m not coming here anymore the atmosphere here has changed. This happened on 1/13/24 at 8:09am. East Haven Dunkin on Main Street.

Went there today and ordered my food. The last item we ordered was an Iced Matcha Latte. When we finished our order the lady repeated the order to us to make sure we got everything correct and we confirmed. When we got to the window to pay and get our food we realized they didn’t charge us for the matcha latte. First off the lady who took our payment and handed our food had a nasty attitude. I understand that work environment and everyone is stressed and tired but we were nice to her and she still gave us a stank attitude. I realized the matcha latte wasn’t on the receipt after we just went over the order with the one who was speaking through the speaker TWICE! We told her we ordered a matcha latte and it’s not on the receipt she proceeds with an attitude still snatch my boyfriend’s receipt and says “you didn’t order one” and he replied saying “we did and we went over the order with whomever took it, and she didn't charge us”. We asked if she can just charge us and give us the drink on the spot and she says we had to make the line again. Uhhhh that line had about 10 cars with us being 11. We told her but we already ordered and it wasn’t out fault that it wasn’t in the receipt even though the latte was displayed on the order screen. She gave us an attitude and we decided to go to another Dunkin. PERIOD!!

I used to go to this Dunkin all the time, on my last visit all the prices went up and they did away with the senior discount, all seniors should find another Dunkin to go to that actually cares about seniors. Must be a new owner who has no clue about customer service.
