Their paper thin $5 breakfast tastes like plastic and wouldn’t nursing a field mouse. I’ve never felt more hungry after eating something in my life.
The $6 bagel egg sandwich, coffee and hash browns were a good deal. But now that they took it away and serve basically an empty paper bag for $5 it’s so far from value.
Won’t be long until Dunkin ends up like Subway after they got rid of the $5 foot long.
RIP Dunkin Donuts.
Also, good luck if you want a napkin. You have to beg for one. Not that you need a napkin after eating air anyway.

if you want your drink to be made properly the first time then go in the morning, the ladies are much more attentive than the guy in the afternoon . told the guy at the speaker that i wanted a medium iced latte with butter pecan & sugar, pulled up to the front, he asked me if it was a hot or iced TEA, i said it was an iced LATTE. he then went ahead & made me a HOT TEA, i repeated myself & said it’s supposed to be an iced latte & he caught an attitude & went back to make it. he comes back with a HOT latte…i didn’t even get a chance to tell him how my iced latte was supposed to be made the first time because he walked away saying “i just got here” getting mad because HE chose not to listen the first nor the second time, so he was really making himself mad because i was being patient when i had to KEEP repeating such a simple drink to him, guess he left his listening ears at home. oh well.

Ask for two strawberry Filled Donuts 1 old fashioned 1 glazed rec 1 glazed 2 old fashioned I strawberry icing my hot chocolate was made with water I asked for whipped cream and it made with milk I told the woman twice possibly doesn't understand English. But shit I paid a lot of money for this crap that's ridiculous you never have people on the window that don't know what the hell they're doing

When I ordered my Ice coffee And Hot Chocolate, With an extra Cup, The lady at The Window , (Hispanic) Says In Spanish That My Spouse Looks like a Man. After pulling out of the lot , I realized I Didn’t even Receive my Ice coffee, I was Just So in Shocked And Disbelief. I've been coming to this Dunkin for years but the last several months things are getting really really bad. Bagels never toasted the same, coffees made different, I've gotten frozen food three times. I'm not difficult I'm easy. I'll eat food off the floor. Today was the last straw my iced coffee had the strongest chemical taste like spraying lemon bleach in my mouth. Three coworkers confirmed. I'm pissed. I'll never go back to this one.
I was there in the morning with my friend trying to spend time there, drink some Coffee but the service just ruin everything, she threw my order. And she was calling me at different places at the store for my Coffee at the frontal counter for my food at the pick up place i asked where its gonna be my friends order? she did the same with attitud playing this again, coffee at the front, food at the pick up place... she was so rude with us... she was the only one with blue shirt, i belive she is the mannanger there.

I place a mobile order half an hour ago, they took fifteen minutes to finish the order ahead of me, and when I finally got to the window they didn’t realize I ordered a sandwich and asked me to park to bring it out. It shouldn’t take half an hour to get one sandwich and one drink in the middle of the day when they’re not
