I had a mobile order for pickup through the drive thru and had to wait maybe 10 or so minutes in line which it's a Saturday morning so I expect nothing less and happily waited, when I got up to the window the girl told me she remade my drink twice because of how long the cold foam had been sitting and I thought that was incredibly sweet!

Went on drive through and waited 30 minutes just to get to the ordering window!. WORST SERVICE EVER!. The staff was miserable and not polite. On top of that, they missed some of my items I ordered. The staff honestly doesn't care about customer service quality. Some of the reviews I read are from about a year and two years ago, and still nothing has changed. The owner of this place seems not to care about their service either. AVOID this Dunkin at all costs, Please!! ?????????????????????????????????????????????

I was passing by this place for the first time since I don't live in this area. I wanted to buy me a coffee and buy donuts for my kids, and a woman told me she couldn't sell me if Ania didn't download the app. I have never been through this situation. Since I am one of the people who likes to buy things in people. I can imagine if an elderly person arrives. It will go very badly, I hope they improve. So that people don't leave bad comments and look for other places. Put people to work who do want to work and are inpathetic. It will be my first and last time

This is the friendliest D&D in the area. Honestly, when in CT I don't expect good kind service. It always just a transition and you feel like a bother. Not at this D&D, the staff always seems to smile, talk and just friendly. It makes a huge difference. I just wanted to applaud the team on Rt 80 near CVS. Appreciate the smiles from y'all.

I frequently visit Dunkin all over the state to get work done, use the bathroom, get coffee and a bite to eat while I travel. This day I walked into this location unfortunately. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left at 3:07pm today, every last employee there was yelling and screaming at eachother, and NONE of it was work related. They tossed F-bombs left and right, talked trash to eachother, made fun of customers and their orders, and finally I just had to leave. My head hurt and I couldn't even think straight enough to write a single short email. I felt like I was in the ladies bathroom of some trashy nightclub. They obviously did not care who could hear them cackling to eachother at the tops of their lungs. If I were the owner I would close, retrain or fire everyone, and open back up with a fresh start. Completely unacceptable, horrible experience.

Worst Dunkin around. Waited 20 minutes in drive through only to be told they were out of Coolattas. Time before that I got my husband a coffee and he ended up choking on it because there was a half inch of grounds in the bottom. Always swear we won’t go there again but it is two minutes from home. The service there is just terrible.
