Horrible service you stand at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you’re there. All the employees are miserable and don’t know what customer service is. The manager sits in the back on her phone and has no accountability for her staff. The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to something needs to change maybe start with firing the manager because the entire staff is horrific.

Not only is the staff extremely rude but each time I’ve gotten an order from here they have messed it up. I’d order a coffee with milk and syrup and they would give it to me black. I’d order and pay for donuts with my order and they’d neglect to give the donuts. The kiosk also does not show the correct items and if something they do not carry is ordered, they won’t even tell us. We’ll be waiting and when we ask about the missing item they respond rudely. The worst dunkin i’ve ever visited.

I just ordered a cappuccino on the drive through and I was given frothed milk with added sugar and cinnamon. No espresso shot. Also, the person taking the orders sounds like she does not want to be there. Management should ask her.

Used to be really fast, but have slowed down a lot recently. Like waiting 15 minutes for 3 people in the drive through.

This has led to going inside. I used the kiosk since they really seemed to be struggling inside. And the kiosk was broken, but did take my money. The staff were unhelpful and ended up getting mad at me.

Today I arrived at 6:01pm on 2/8/2025 and found the doors locked and I waited at the drive through for 10 minutes yet no one answered or was available. The store hours show that they should be open until 7pm. This is horrible service, please see who was on duty today at this time, check the cameras. You’re losing money.

I just want to say I love the morning crew , always knows my macchiato order before I even say it!!! Which is great lol. Also to Jaylynn ( I’m so sorry for the spelling) on the night crew….. I’m always pulling through for that last minute fix me upper! And she’s been super nice about it each time! Thank you!

Horrible management. They all appear miserable to the core and are non ethical. Would not recommend stopping to this location even in the desperation of rushing.

This is the staff that are always there in the late afternoon to evening. Maybe morning crew are better.
