The workers here are really kind and will mannered but you’re better off driving a little further up the road it’s so much faster. Also at this location specifically the iced tea is bitter and over steeped.

This store is truly irresponsible. We waited in line for 20min at the drive-thru, only to find them chatting when we got to the window.

I ordered 5 drinks and got yelled at by the worker for ordering and I called them when I got home and the guy picked only to be extremely rude telling me to come get it again going back and forth with a disgusting attitude I asked for his name and he didn’t provide it I asked to speak to a manager and HE hung up on my face I’m not one to complain but I am extremely stunned by this interaction picture below

This location, while not the location I normally go to when going to Dunkin', was the closest to me at the time, so I decided to place a mobile order and pick it up thru the drive thru, thinking it would be like any other experience that I've had. Boy, was I wrong. The employees were rude, didn't care and were on the phone while only giving me the drink I ordered. I ordered a sandwich and coffee roll, too. Sat at the window for 10 minutes while the employees were cleaning and talking on the phone, completely ignoring me. Another employee came up to the window and mumbled. Couldn't really hear him. I told him that I only got my drink and that I ordered two other items. He then gave me my sandwich, which appeared to have been sitting on the counter the whole time. Then he said they had no coffee rolls left, so I got a donut. No problem. Given only 1 item of my 3 item order and then ignoring me for 10 minutes? That's the problem. Never got an apology. Didn't expect one. I emailed their customer care. Will be hearing back on Monday. Definitely avoid this location. The employees don't seem to care, so why should we? There are plenty of other locations with great service! Definitely avoid this location, though!

My toasted buttered bagel was given to me barely at room temperature. No browning at all, but huge globs of butter still sitting on it after plenty of butter had already melted in to the bagel itself. I used the napkins to wipe off the extra butter and spread it to a section that was hadn't been buttered yet and then proceeded to eat my bagel as I drove away. By the time I got to the next store, my pants were full of grease stains. I thought I hadn't leaned over the bag properly, until I realized there had been so much butter it leaked through their paper bag/wrapper that you're supposed to eat from. I went back to just report it, and tell them I was going to try to clean my pants, but I wanted to report it while it was new. The manager was talking to me when the employee who had made this horrible bagel, jumped in and rudely started attacking me.
She kept saying it wasn't her issue ... Not her problem, They don't replace clothes. Even though nobody was talking to her, and she had already stated that she WASN'T the manager, she just kept it up, spewing her hate, even as I walked out. I would never ever go to this dunkin' donuts again , horrible service , not to mention that the bagel was doughy. DON'T go there if you have time to go down the street to the other Dunkin!!

Never been to this Dunkin before. Just came here this morning 9/17/25 for my breakfast. I'm very picky and like my matcha latte a certain way. THEY NAILED IT. Thank you for your wonderful communication and excellent delivery. 💜

Horrible service you stand at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you’re there. All the employees are miserable and don’t know what customer service is. The manager sits in the back on her phone and has no accountability for her staff. The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to something needs to change maybe start with firing the manager because the entire staff is horrific.

Not only is the staff extremely rude but each time I’ve gotten an order from here they have messed it up. I’d order a coffee with milk and syrup and they would give it to me black. I’d order and pay for donuts with my order and they’d neglect to give the donuts. The kiosk also does not show the correct items and if something they do not carry is ordered, they won’t even tell us. We’ll be waiting and when we ask about the missing item they respond rudely. The worst dunkin i’ve ever visited.

I just ordered a cappuccino on the drive through and I was given frothed milk with added sugar and cinnamon. No espresso shot. Also, the person taking the orders sounds like she does not want to be there. Management should ask her.
