I was over charged for my purchase today 10/14 at 12:20, and the young lady that was behind the counter was extremely rude. Her attitude was disgusting for someone working in customer service. The amount of attitude and neck rolling just because I asked how much a bagel is because I was over charged. She shouldn’t work with the community.

Yesterday they made the coffee so good, I thought it got better.
I went dunkin today Wednesday I don’t know what happens. I ask 2 croissants with cream cheese and they gave me butter instead…. This is not what I ask for! She should repeat the orders or something. They need a better owner or something to hire better employees. Definitely not coming back!
You guys should go to the other side of the highway, where the Home Depot! They have better dunkin over there!

Came here at 4:50 Tuesday August 12th with an online order, place was fully closed despite hours saying otherwise and couldn't even refund anything on the app. Update your hours or at least leave a reason on the dor why closed early.

This location wastes your time. Half of the time they have some thing half of the time they don’t. This morning I stopped in for a decaf coffee. They said they don’t have any decaf? This has happened one other time here so I asked them did you stop selling decaf at Dunkin’ Donuts? She said we did at this location. Very strange to me. It’s a coffee shop. I won’t be returning .

This is the second time I've placed a mobile pick up order and it's not ready. I place my order abt 20 mins before I pick it up. How is my order not ready? I'm beyond frustrated. This shouldn't be happening. I'll give it one more shot but can't really say that either, too much

Nothing is ready to be served in the morning.. & the reason is “we just opened” which is not a good enough reason! Ya know what time ya open everyday ..do better!! This the 3rd time I came to this location & this happened. & the person making the refreshers needs retraining or there serving old green tea.. unacceptable!!! Won’t be coming back to this disappointment location!
