This location wastes your time. Half of the time they have some thing half of the time they don’t. This morning I stopped in for a decaf coffee. They said they don’t have any decaf? This has happened one other time here so I asked them did you stop selling decaf at Dunkin’ Donuts? She said we did at this location. Very strange to me. It’s a coffee shop. I won’t be returning .

This is the second time I've placed a mobile pick up order and it's not ready. I place my order abt 20 mins before I pick it up. How is my order not ready? I'm beyond frustrated. This shouldn't be happening. I'll give it one more shot but can't really say that either, too much

This dunkin is terrible. Three times in a row I've ordered coffee and breakfast for me and the family through Uber and all three times they always forget something. And it's not even one item, it's always several. How hard is it to file directions on the computer screen? Always seems like there's new people every so often as well. I don't even care if I order something and it's a little off but when you constantly forget to pack items, that's annoying. How hard is your job to pack coffee and donuts?

Nothing is ready to be served in the morning.. & the reason is “we just opened” which is not a good enough reason! Ya know what time ya open everyday ..do better!! This the 3rd time I came to this location & this happened. & the person making the refreshers needs retraining or there serving old green tea.. unacceptable!!! Won’t be coming back to this disappointment location!

Board has different prices than what is charged. Bagel twist was $2.59 on board, billed $4 via drive thru. Scam if u ask me. Stay away

My friends and I are on a girlsss tripppp!!!! We had to stop at Dunkin in hopes of an ice cold pumpkin spice latte to refresh us before the other half of our traffic filled journey. So we put multiple Dunkin’s in our GPS and came to this one VERY HOPEFUL. We pulled over and hopped out to the Dunkin. Firstly the front door was locked, all of the lights on but no one to be seen (supposedly not to close for another hour). So we went around the drive thru only to find a service worker outside beckoning us to the window. We had hope at first and we all ordered our drinks (without the menu). The drinks and donuts took a while due to the singular employee who was working being on a phone call. When getting our food back only 3 out of the 5 items were there, so I asked to reorder a drink. The worker told me no. WHATTTTTTTT!!???? I was throughly perplexed. Then she proceeded to tell me she didn’t know English. While I completely understand this, girl you understood our other menu itemsssss. AND WHY then was she the one and only worker working at this Dunkin? I wanted to say something to her, but drove away calmly. Won’t let this ruin our girls trip, but DO NOT COME TO THE DUNKIN GO TO THE ONE ON THE OTHER SIDE. (the extra minutes will be worth it). Peace ✌️

Avoid this location. The guy at the register was rude when I walked in in middle of the day. He acted like I wasn't supposed to be there and he was being inconvenienced by having to deal with a customer. I've never encountered such rude service at a DD.
