I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Last time I think ordering delivery every time I order I get less and less fries each time and was a missing a wing.
Horrible service. I placed an order, tells me it's done. I get there, they tell me they're working on it and it'll be 10 minutes. I wait almost 25 for the same person who told me they're working on my order, to only tell me its lost and I'll have to wait for a manager. And offer me only a free drink. Like how about cover the meal ? 0 stars if possible. Customer service is all.

I feel like the wings & fries were sitting in the warmers for a while. They are not freshly cooked when ordered. But the wings and the sauce tasted good overall especially the honey sriracha.Did it satisfy my cravings? Yes.Should I order again? Hmm, maybe no.
