Ice cream is great, employees are always friendly…but please consider moving the location, the space is too small and tight, and there aren’t many places to sit and enjoy the ice cream. Also very close to the New Haven borderline…We would go there more often if it was in a better location (foxon side has a nice sized plaza in need of businesses to be added- just a suggestion)
Best ice cream place around. For all of those saying anything about the long lines, seriously?!?! It's been one line for 17+ years now, get over it. There needs to be some control to the chaos. There are 2 signs that clearly state 1 line. Have your parents never taught you 1st come 1st serve??? Plus, ANYWHERE that has a long line, and a packed parking lot is a great place. So suck it up butter cups, or go else where. Now for my review.....Jennifer's is the absolute best...
The staff were all super kind and quick. The pricing for the amount of ice cream you got was pretty great too. There wasn’t a ton of flavors but the ones they had tasted really fresh and thick.
