This store is never great, but this past visit was particularly nasty. We told the employee several times our order and even confirmed it at the window. It was still wrong. The same employee had an attitude when we asked the price and asked us to pull around in the parking lot to wait for our order (3 items). This KFC is on a main route so it’s difficult to go from the drive-Thru to the lot, so we asked if we could just wait at the window. She argued with us and said she’s on a timer…then gave us the bag. So clearly the order was ready? My main concern is how sarcastic and rude the employee was, as we were polite to her.

Ordered from Uber 08/21/2024 at 12:22 pm a 2 piece taste of kfc meal and buy 1 get 1 free 10 piece honey BBQ saucey chicken nuggets.
The 2 piece perfect mom liked it my meal I love their honey bbq saucy nuggets since been in and out of hospital wanted a good meal.
Well I didn’t get that.. on package and on receipt says honey BBQ but first bite made me throw up as it was spicy smelled like BBQ but tasted like Korean BBQ or something else as it was spicy and been dealing with bad stomach but honey bbq would been fine but that immediately gave my stomach a turn and well rest is history.
Normally spicy stuff wouldn’t bother me but being sick and having gastrointestinal issues spicy isn’t the best idea and lately triggers bad response.
Anyways I tried to contact them and no response called 10x as it was urgent as if they are giving out wrong food to people thinking if it prepackaged or whatever prior that others would be getting the wrong thing as well.
Did contact Uber but I was concerned that people would be getting a different item aka Habanero or Korean BBQ instead of honey BBQ which both receipt and container showed it was honey BBQ but was not.
I as kid loved coming here and always was a loyal customer but fact they can’t answer a phone with a real concern made me lose faith in this establishment.

I ordered the 8 piece meal sides were Mac n cheese and coleslaw cuz their coleslaw is usually good but today it tastes like sour burnt rubber gross and then wanna charge 40 bucks for sour food wow
Service was slow and the guy rung up order wrong and they act like they didn’t understand what we were say.

Came here to try the new chizza and just like every picture and video I’ve seen online, the cheese was not melted. It was scalding hot on the bottom (the chicken) and ice cold on top (the cheese, sauce and pepperoni). The chicken was good, best chicken I’ve had from a kfc in a long time but at just under $12 forJust the chizza, and the top being ice cold, it just isn’t worth it. But let’s not forget that this is a company whose latest promotion thinks that they’re giving you a helluva deal by selling you 6 pieces of chicken for $20. Try it if you want and then go to wherever else you go to get good, reasonably priced fried chicken.
