Came here to try the new chizza and just like every picture and video I’ve seen online, the cheese was not melted. It was scalding hot on the bottom (the chicken) and ice cold on top (the cheese, sauce and pepperoni). The chicken was good, best chicken I’ve had from a kfc in a long time but at just under $12 forJust the chizza, and the top being ice cold, it just isn’t worth it. But let’s not forget that this is a company whose latest promotion thinks that they’re giving you a helluva deal by selling you 6 pieces of chicken for $20. Try it if you want and then go to wherever else you go to get good, reasonably priced fried chicken.

How can you get all three orders wrong?First order: 2 thighs combo with Mashed and Pepsi. Got 1 thigh and a leg with fries instead.Second: 2 wings combo with fries and Pepsi. Got Mashed instead of fries.Third: Sandwich big box meal with fries and lemonade. Got Pepsi instead.

The service was awful. It look 47 mins to get our order. The food was ok, could have been better. The cashier was nice but took way too long!!

the drive through employees in this store would be well suited to spend some time on intensive training in people skills. The young woman who took our order was rude and inpatient and repeatedly asked “is that it” She argued with my husband after handing us the incorrect order. Her entire demeanor was rude. I suspect this will probably be a life long career for this girl because she doesn’t have the personality for anything else and the manager seemed to be ok with that.

Don’t get me wrong I love KFC but this place is horrible! I ordered a 8 piece chicken tender with a biscuit and a peach mtn dew. I was eating the chicken then I thought is tasted weird so I looked inside and there was a piece of the chicken that was bright red/pink which almost make me throw up ?! The service was not terrible but still bad and the inside was dirty and gross. Please never come to this dump! ?
