A great place to eat

I went to this place with my family, 5 adults and 5 kids. We got all you can eat options. Our 3 kids want to eat salmon teriyaki, but they limit 2 orders of salmon teriyaki per table. So it meant 1 of our kids could not get salmon teriyaki. How come it called all you can eat? At least we should get 1 order per person because everybody spent money for this food. For the service, we ordered vegetable udon for our kid, but the server totally forgot about it. Our kid waited for more than half an hour for a small bowl of udon soup. They were not even saying sorry, but they automatically changed gratuity 20% for big family. I never mind giving tip 20% for good service, but the service was totally not good and still charged us 20%, really?I recommend that if you go, don't go as a big family!!!!!!

My wife and i used to eat here all the time. In fact we have since we moved into the area in 2017. But it seems like things have gone WAY down hill while thier prices went way UP hill. When we used to go the price was 17$ a person for lunch and a bit more per person for dinner. Thats not that case. Its now 30$ plus tax per person. And while the food is good its not worth that price point at all.The foods always been good to me. I always order 2-3 sushi rolls and a few appetizers like the bbq squid, the teriyaki chicken, and the mushroom soup. And i loved it all. But opposite of the prices going up the food quality has plummeted. Today my mushroom soup was a powder based soup with uncooked mealy mushrooms tossed in which i felt weirded out by and i wrote off (at least until i spent the afternoon and night sat on the toilet emptying myself out) the sushi rolls are so inconsistent in terms of quality. I got 3 fire cracker rolls. One was perfect. Size and presentation. One of them was CAKED in the spicy mayo to cover the fact that it had almost no crab on it or shrimp inside. and the last one had no mayo and too much crab o top like it was just thrown on. I agree with many as well the tempora ANYTHING is the worst stuff on the menu. its dense, over battered, and over bread crumbed. The chicken inside my tempora chicken tasted like soggy bread batter instead of chicken, so gross. As i said we loved this place alot but 70$ for 2 people for lunch just isnt feasible especially when the corner cutting made me and others apparently sick, literally. I will however say i have never experienced the rudeness or curt customer service others claim. But thats just my experience as somone thats been a customer since 2017 every few weeks.

This place is definitely worth your buck for all you can eat sushi ($30 per person), everything was great. The food came quickly and the waitresses were fast with their service. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The kid servers just throw plates at you and don’t tell you what anything is and they have the nerve to automatically add a tip to the check. Tons of health code violations - right down to the 10 year old waitress wearing uggs sliding all over the place. We heard people sneezing and coughing in the kitchen (our table was right outside the kitchen) and it looked filthy from what I saw. Gordon Ramsay would do some serious damage to this place!

Came here with my boyfriend about a week ago, we come all the time and we know to expect poor slow service but the food had always been satisfactory. We ordered a chicken tempura roll, we were served shrimp rolls, I told the child waitress and the original waitress that I had an allergy to shrimp and I had bitten into it and was lucky that my boyfriend realized before I swallowed. The child waitress responded with “oh” and took the plate before replacing it, when I asked to speak to management, who was also my server, she didn’t even apologize. We left paying the full bill and with the decision of ever coming back again. Place has great potential but service honestly sucks, would love to see some real adults taking tables.

Listen, the food is excellent. The sushi special rolls are delicious and I enjoyed my stay there except for the fact that there were children there (non-customer) being disruptive. Totally understand that they are kids, but we left our toddler babysat and expect a restaurant in the evening to have a better atmosphere. Again, I get it, people have kids and have to work too but unfortunately business is business.

Food was ok. Calamari was unseasoned. Shrimp tempura was unseasoned. It was mostly all breading. Vegetable tempura was also all breading. Soup with noodles and broth was ok. Short ribs were very good, probably the only thing at the restaurant. Sushi was sub par. All you can eat sushi is not good. Quality is bad. Service was great though.

Sushi & sashimi were pretty good, all you can eat includes the whole menu not just Sushi, some of the fried specialties were sub-par, mushy not crisp. It was my birthday.

All you can eat sushi! Only order what you plan to eat. Beautiful on the inside with a very friendly staff. Parking is located in the trolly square plaza. The only thing we had that wasn't the best was the fried tofu.. it was a bit to mushy for me. Everything else was delicious! Definitely recommend!

I have to say, this place is being run so poorly. I came to eat with my son the other night: For a while now when I'd eaten here, the sushi chefs for some reason would just choose some random quantity even though I wrote in a specific quantity. I chose a quantity because I was splitting it with my son. They never give the right amount. This happened again on this specific visit. Also, they have their small children working here. I mean like 5 years old and maybe 10 years old. Awful. It's one thing to have the kid seat someone and it's another to have them take orders and things like that. I wanted to order a wine but never got a chance to because an adult never came to my table. Only to deliver the wrong food anyway. The kids sat people practically on top of each other. No space between tables. The actual adult staff never once checked on my table. When I mentioned this to the woman she got defensive and snapped at me. Never again will I go to this restaurant. And maybe someone should notify the right people about child labor?

Food: Average sushi.Service: Rude wait staff. They walk by with your plates and kind of abruptly set them down on the opposite side of the table.Atmosphere: Would be better if the owner's kids stopped running around and screaming.Value: Good, with the all-you-can-eat option.

Hello everyone I just had a great meal at koi. The service was great the green hot tea felt really good on a rain day. You will get a great meal either with your family or on a date. I give this place a 5 star. The green tea ice cream was delicious it has a good atmosphere and very clean. I will always come back to this place for good sushi.
