I began ordering from One World during COVID. It was a comfort to have good coffee when all else was wild! They deliver locally and we were isolating. Now more than 5 years later, a move to a new town and still..I ordered this morning when I realized I might not make it through the weekend. My coffee was delivered today. ❤️❤️
Delicious drip coffee and specials. Best prices for coffee you can find these days, and I love that they aim to be sustainable.

One World Roasters is a tiny gem nestled in East Haven. Their indoor cafe has a quaint and adorable ambience and the outside is very tranquil (a great place to have meetings, do your work, or to simply just relax on a warm day). Their coffee is very affordable and very strong! If you’re looking for real quality coffee beans that will actually keep you awake then I recommend theirs!

A coffee oasis that you want to check out! One World’s robust coffee menu has a lot of offerings including their permanent specialty latte options as well as their rotating seasonal menu. They roast in-house and focus on high-quality coffee for their shop, wholesale and online ordering. You can pick from many single origins, blends and espresso options. Owners Eric and Christine take the time to educate you about coffee and anything you want to know about it. They take pride in crafting great drinks and can give some great recommendations! They offer a tea garden patio, a labyrinth for walking meditation, and fountains. When it comes to their menu, they rotate their different blends including one of their top sellers, the Worldly Blend. I LOVED trying two of their specials: Strawberry Nutella Iced Coffee and the Banana Cream Cold Brew. While visiting, there were multiple customers raving about their drinks too—you won’t be disappointed with any option you pick! They also frequently offer education events, in house tastings and other paired wellness combinations worth checking out.
Key Features: Parking, lots of options to choose from on the menu including great lemonades and teas for non-coffee consumers. Their outdoor area is great on a nice day, and they have gift options to take (cups, gift cards, beans, hats, etc). Offer milk alternatives, a rewards punch card if you frequently visit and indoor tables and bar to sit at.

Great place to grab a cup of coffee. Freshly roasted and ground coffee. Get it by the cup box or by the pound. Oh I almost forgot the ice cream..

Was looking for a good local coffee roaster in town, tried Willoughbys but for some reason didn't really love it, then i found this place online, and when i looked at the prices, and the fact that they deliver locally for free, i was sure it was to good to be true, but that's not the case, the delivery was very quick, the coffee was excellent, and the packaging (which is important as well) was also very good. All in all i am happy to have a place like this nearby.

I've been driving past this spot for over a year now every morning on my way to work - And every time I've been intrigued by it. It looked so small, and I never seemed to see more than one or two cars in the parking lot.
I'm a huge sucker for small business' and I panic internally when I notice one seems less busy than their corporate counterparts would be at that time, because I personally wish more small business' were able to thrive around here. It hurts me to see people put their time, efforts and money out there, and get nothing in return and end up having to close down what once was their dream.
I finally stopped in this morning for an iced coffee - I typically get cold brew but I guess they don't do it this time of year. So I settled on an iced coffee with an espresso shot (I like strong and flavorful coffee) I was pleasantly surprised to find that their iced coffee with an espresso shot held more boldness and taste than a dunkin cold brew with an espresso shot. The coffee itself had delicious chocolate notes, but not bitter chocolate like an overly roasted coffee bean. He also uses coffee ice cubes so big points for that.
The shop itself is very small, but so quaint, cozy, and quiet. He has it set up and decorated very well. The music is also calm acoustic versions of popular songs. A good amount of merch for purchase to get focus on who they are, but not overwhelming. It gives you "having coffee at your friends apartment" vibes. Also, not full to the brim with loud people all rushing to get their coffee before work. Just a nice calm and quick morning coffee stop.
Very clean inside, and the menu is really simple to understand and not clunky, which I appreciate since I usually find that most individually owned coffee shops tend to have really large, loud, clunky, in your face hand written menus that make me stressed out and want to leave LOL.
He was very kind, and instead of your usual "thank you have a great day" (if you're lucky enough to even get that at one of the chain places) it was a "thank you for stopping in today" which holds much more value to me, and shows that he appreciated me coming in and supporting his business.
Thank you for a great cup of coffee to start my Friday! My next stop will be coming by to sit outside on the patio the first warm spring morning!

It's difficult to explain my awe at the level of service Eric provides. I don't expect to find the devotion to the customer here in the '20s. It resembles what I had expected in the '60s. Let me try, though. An order that had gone amiss was replaced and another order were delivered on his day off. Above and beyond, I know. The single origin beans are selected and roasted to a consistently high level. While I do play around with light and medium roast espresso and pour-over, The Black Kat Espresso and the Dark Moon Mexican Decaf are exquisite. You won't go wrong with either; very forgiving of the recipe. I think I have found my roaster for life.
