I have texted, emailed to get 0 responses.. I placed a order and specifically picked a time frame to be delivered; 4-7p.. they delivered it at 2p and I had noone to get my food and it sat out till 11pm. I also contacted them about listing ingredients etc as I have some SEVERE allergies, no answer... $12 delivery fee for being local is also a lil steep I WONT be a returning customer-

I have had two babies back to back (they are <13 months apart) and Platinum Prep has been a *godsend*. It made having nutritious meals while pregnant and too sick to cook simple, they gave us so much time back during the postpartum period not having to worry about what to eat. I personally don’t eat gliten. I now have to breastfeed my younger baby for longer than anticipated due to a dairy allergy and hes also allergic to the $75 amino formula. They’ve been great about ensuring our meals have no dairy. I’ve made mistakes with orders (forgetting to mark no cheese for the kitchen, ordering for delivery on the wrong day) and the owners and staff have been REALLY cool about fixing my mistakes. Recently they even reached out proactively because they noticed I mistakenly set my delivery date for two weeks out. I can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re in the baby years, and have the budget for it, this is THE meal service place for sure.

I'm a busy mom of 3 under 4- a toddler and twins! I work full time, am in school for my doctorate and I have type 1 diabetes and trying to get the baby weight under control. Needless to say I have 0 time. I'm waiting for my second order to be delivered today. The meals taste good and I feel good eating them. Perfect grab and go for lunch. No meal prep fuss. Weight loss TBD!

Just received our first orders recently and they are phenomenal. I have used other options like freshly, factor, cook unity etc. all with their own issues from quality to packing etc. the food is fantastic and fresh and packed well. I wish I had found this place sooner and will be canceling any of the big name services I still have and switching to platinum prep meals instead going forward
Editing after second order to say I'm even more sure that I'm sticking with Platinum Prep meals, did a family order and everything looks (and so far tastes) amazing, almost instantly they have a loyal customer

I always pop in when the kids want mcd or sumthin n I do not..love the food..love the ppl ...love how I don't feel like a fat tired sloth after a meal<3 Not 4 u if u wanna b full 2 the brim and unable 2 breathe...4 u if u wanna feel great about your life choices <3

I am currently getting over a virus so I haven’t been able to cook very much for my family but then I remembered a few friends who ordered from PPM regularly and decided it would be a better alternative than ordering takeout that will be loaded with sodium and be unhealthy overall. We received the delivery on time and the food looked fresh. My husband is quite picky and he enjoyed his meal and mentioned that he wouldn’t mind grabbing a few meals from them going forward and I couldn’t agree more. Happy I finally tried them out and happy to say I’ll be a recurring customer!
I love the meals here. They're really fresh and healthy and keeps me on track with my weight loss. If I eat for a solid 2 weeks here I will lose weight and the quality of the food is good. The staff here is always helpful especially Nick, Amber and John.

What a great spot this hidden gem is!!!I drive by this spot on the way to work everyday and forgot my lunch and decided to give it a try. Anyone from around this area or in Connecticut should be ordering online for what your needs are or coming in to grab food while it last because it goes quick!!! When I went in, they accommodated every need that I had for my meal prep, and the convenience of feeding my family at the same time. They are very knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction. I ordered food for the next 3 weeks. They do it all and the food is delicious and you can customize your meals to how you want them. Not alot of spots like this around!!!I will be back for sure.

The food that I have ordered so far is very fresh and delicious. I had one issue that the cooks need to really be careful for people that have food allergies that is specifically stated on the order. I called the company to let them know of the mistake and they were very polite and offered to replace the items the next day! Thank you
