Can’t remember the last time my order was fully correct. If you get the box of 12 cookies there is a very good chance you won’t get 12; first time I bought it I got 10 and this time I got 11, so maybe they are learning.

Their door says they open at 9:00 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends. I'm sitting here at 9:35 on a weekday. I've been here for 20 minutes. There is somebody in there. They just haven't opened the door and turned the open sign on. Very hungry. I love their breakfast sandwiches. I just wish I could have one.

Don’t shop here, Owners of this store DO NOT honor coupons. Had a subway coupon and now the store only allows select coupons… one small sign not truly visible to customers. Ordered 3 subs for my family (turkey, meatball, and ham) with hope of using the 3 subs for 17.99. Have used the coupon at this location in the past and now the owners of this location are only accepting select coupons. When I went in I told them I needed three subs and I had a coupon. Only until I got to the register did they tell me my coupon would not be accepted. Highly disappointing. Should at least put the sign on the entrance door and more visible.

Google and the sticker on their door says they open at 9 am on Fridays. I’m here at 9:20 am on a Friday and the doors are locked and I don’t see anyone inside. The weekend hours on the door also don’t match what’s on Google.

Please have at least two people working at your location at night. ESPECIALLY a Friday night. The kid who made my sandwich was so so sweet and doesn’t deserve that treatment from a minimum wage job nor any job.

Worst experience ever at any subway in 30 years. Chinciest portions every received with rude sandwich maker. Subway is way overpriced and they wouldn't take coupons. There is like 4pcs of turkey on my foot long sandwich, 3 paper thin tomatoes and very skimpy on rest of veggies. Never again.

It depends on who the attendees are, some are too mindful of how much stuff they must add on your bread. Instead of following orders for a better service, but the ones who do, make a better taste of food. I'm rating based on the great attendees, who have made wonderful meals every time I've been there. The drinks are self serve, unlike other places where it is poured out for you. Clean sitting areas, and bathrooms are not smelly.

I placed/paid for an app order by mistake at this location. I meant to place it at another location. I immediacy called to cancel the order and they said I could do it on the app. I can't. The app advised I call the shop. They said they needed to call the manger as they didn't know how to issue a refund and I'd be called right back. 30 minutes later, no call and a busy signal when trying to call them, so I drove there to get it corrected in person. Hardly the point when I was close to the other one...When I asked what the hold up was, they said they were super busy and hadn't gotten to it yet. The place was EMPTY, it was just me in there... If that's their idea of super busy, I'd hate to be there with another customer in the place. They'll lose their mind! They then said their manager was at another store and he was very busy and couldn't help them at that time! Really???! Another lie? He can't take 3 minutes and walk them through the refund process on the register knowing the customer was right there !?!?! I asked for a a store credit. I was ignored. I told them I'd report this to corporate, which I did, and 30 minutes later, with just two more customers coming in during that time- remember, they're SUPER busy, I was issued the refund. But not before being told they normally don't do this and I was given a favor. WOW!! They did a customer a favor by refunding payment. HUH! I feel so privileged! Stay away from this shop. There is a subway basically every 3 miles. Go to Foxon instead. This place is a joke. They don't care about customers and during a pandemic, you'd think they'd bend over backwards to keep customers, not alienate them. Way to go folks. Epic fail! With that attitude, you deserve to go out of business. Bad reflection on the Subway name.
