Store Closed doors were locked.I knocked and the employee with red hair and lip stick just looked at me & tried to say something but obviously couldn't hear becuase I was outside. Ridiculous she probably wanted to leave early and Closed early. When all I wanted was a sandwich. Would not reccomend this subway to anyone. Awful service.

I am so sick and tired of this subway not honoring any of the coupons and making up all kinds of new rules. Every time I go there there’s another excuse why they don’t take which coupon or they don’t accept it for their basic sandwiches. I stopped going to this one. I will never set foot in this subway again ever because they’re rude and they don’t accept the coupons so I’d rather go to the other one in East Haven Connecticut then the one on Main Street do not go to the one on Main Street,

-In the app I selected curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes for no one to come. Had to go inside to pick it up the whole time.-Oder in the app. Didn’t even start it until I got there. Was not even busy.

I swear I'd give 0 stars if I could, my sandwich was lifeless, no meat whatsoever, got duped and had to eat a salad between bread. Worker was indian maybe he was racist, anytime I get food and the workers are indians it's always terrible. Even said I was paying for extras and would leav a big tip which I did. Never

If I could give no stars I would! I placed an order through the app at 9pm the app said I had until 930 to order from this location. Once I placed my order it said it would be ready by 925. I got to the store at 920 and was told by the employees they refused my order and they shut the door in my face. This is disgusting and horrible! Why does this location say it closes at 10pm?
