I swear I'd give 0 stars if I could, my sandwich was lifeless, no meat whatsoever, got duped and had to eat a salad between bread. Worker was indian maybe he was racist, anytime I get food and the workers are indians it's always terrible. Even said I was paying for extras and would leav a big tip which I did. Never

If I could give no stars I would! I placed an order through the app at 9pm the app said I had until 930 to order from this location. Once I placed my order it said it would be ready by 925. I got to the store at 920 and was told by the employees they refused my order and they shut the door in my face. This is disgusting and horrible! Why does this location say it closes at 10pm?

East haven subway makes up its own rules for coupons and posts signs that are incorrect and charge extra.Haven’t been there in a long time and now I know why, won’t ever go back

Don't bother going to the 521 Main Street in East Haven. Placed a mobile order get all the home they forgot the meat. Tried calling no one answered called the next day finally someone answered only to say they couldn't help me that I had to wait to talk to the manager. Well that was June 4th! Still waiting!

Over the past 2 years every sandwich shop in my area has increased its prices while simultaneously offering less product, this Subway is no different, the picture I posted was a ham, turkey and cheese….DOUBLE MEAT!! this sorry excuse for a sandwich is sadly now “the norm” for sandwich shops in CT. I paid $20 for bread and veggies.

I got two hastily made sandwiches by an older lady on 05/22/23, slamming my sandwiches on the cutting board and SLAPPING the ingredients on the bread, opening a new bag of spinach only to drop on the floor and put it back in the cabinet. Avoid this location at all costs.

The employee was nice that’s the 3 stars, I purchased a hot chicken sub and it was warm at best. I had stomach issues after from the sub, all hot food has to be 141 degrees or more, anything below that bacteria begins to grow. They only had 1 employee for online and walk in customers and that’s ridiculous! How can one person do all the orders and keep the place clean at the same time. I will not be going back there and it’s right around the corner of my house.

Been several times to this location, honestly because of my kids. For the first time I had some coupons that I have received in a mail. I had some free cookies, chips, drink. Apparently, you can only use one coupon with a purchase. So I decided to only use a coupon “buy two foot long for $”. Again, you can not choose from their variety, but only pre-selected sandwiches. Their management tells them how to process.Of course my children don’t like what they offer, so I gave up on the coupons. Not a good experience…This place needs personnel that welcomes you, friendly, and helpful. I did not feel it this time and most probably not going here anymore.

This Subway has been going down hill for a while, The BMT that was picked up for me tonight only has Cheese Pepperoni & Salmami- NOTHING ELSE what a waste of money, this is not the first time have been dissipointed by this place NOT GOING BACK!!!!
