I walked in to this place for the first time. It looked just as good as the reviews. All I wanted was some fresh macarons. I was so excited to hear them say “yes, we have them“. Until I saw them. I usually just buy a box of frozen macarons at Stop & Shop (right down the street from this bakery) on Saturday’s. In fact, these same exact macarons for $6 a box and a box contains 12. Instead, I was sold the same plastic tray the frozen ones come in, cut in half, with only 6 macarons for $7. I know this as I brought it home and laid it next to my box of frozen ones just to be sure. This isn’t a great business practice and the fact they are reselling frozen baked items and advertising them as not only their own, but freshly baked is very disappointing. I will not be returning to this bakery, not even for a cupcake that I’ve heard are to die for. Tbh, coming from the freezer versus the display case at the bakery, the ones directly from Stop & Shop are actually much fresher.

This bakery is wonderful, they have one of the Best cupcakes I ever had. They are truly the Icing on a cake so delicious, so moist. Not too sweet, just right.

I ordered a gender reveal-themed cake from this bakery, and I absolutely loved it! The cake was not only delicious but also beautifully designed with a perfect color theme that matched the occasion. It exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend SugarBakery for any special event!
I love this place! There are 2 sides, a little shop where you can buy all sorts of little trinkets, cute kid friendly items, all sorts of candies, chocolate, etc. it looks so pretty and lit up, it's almost exciting when you first walk in. Then the best part, the bakery side!!! My absolute favorite cupcake is the Toasted Almond by far, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any that you choose! They are delicious! And then they're macaroons!!!! Mmmmm....also so yummy!! I will say this, they are on the expensive side. Like a little over $3 a cupcake. So you will spend a wee bit for some good sweets. A nice treat once in a while & personally, worth stopping in every time I'm in that area, since I live an hour away. Thank you!!

Blueberry Pomegranate cupcake soooo good...like so many of the other flavors but new for me!! Thank you Sugar Bakery ?
Such a let down. With all the hype about these cupcakes we were sadly very disappointed. We tried their German chocolate, the s'mores, cherry, almond, coconut and double chocolate versions in a six pack. All of them were cold, lifeless and very frosting heavy. Nothing really stood out between them except for the so fake cherry flavor, otherwise they were just run of the mill cupcakes.

My sister-in-law grabbed an assortment of cupcakes from here for our family's Christmas celebration. These things were great and enjoyed by all. I don't recall the name of the little chunk of delight I had, but I can assure you that it was very good and was very similar to a Hostess cupcake decorated with a Christmas wreath. It was a chocolate cupcake, with a vanilla buttercream core, dipped in chocolate ganache. Another note-worthy cupcake was something I believe was called Buddy's Breakfast, which was a bit of a tribute to the movie Elf. I will post a pic of it. It is made to look like it has spaghetti on it, among other items of peculiarity...
