Came in today 9/14 2:00 am. Terrible service to whoever answered the intercom. Screen was black made it unable to order. She answered with attitude and yelling at the cars ordering and picking up. I have never seen this kind of service. TERRIBLE

Terrible late-night experience at this Taco Bell. The employee was rude from the moment we walked in. It was September 1st 2025 and the time was 10:15 PM. The sign said the dining room was open until close, yet we were told “drive-through only” and the door was shut just after we came out. Our order took forever, the food came out cold, and one of my friends who ordered vegetarian even found chicken in their food.

That is completely unacceptable. If this location wants to keep customers, management needs to take immediate action to fix staff attitude, order accuracy, and food safety.

Had the most wonderful experience at the East Haven Taco Bell! The restaurant and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the crunch wraps were so delicious. It truly felt like an oasis during a long drive, thank you!

Just spent 60$ on an order. Whoever they have putting the food together should be fired. There was barely anything in my burrito supreme, steak chalupa supreme and double beef burrito with extra ingredients I added. Burritos were so empty and rolled up 20 times because the content inside was all blended up. Never again and I applied here to and I’m a fast food pro literally. Do better. Not the first time something like this happened too. A shame

Was doordashing at this Taco Bell and the employees were swearing a bunch while they were working. Thankfully they were kind when giving me my order but I still felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there because many of them were talking back and forward with harsh profanity.

I visited this location 1/26 I asked for my crunch wrap to be made fresh they took an old hash brown out of the warmer . I wasn’t asked if I wanted a hash brown or cinnabuns so they gave me a hash brown. When circling around and waited for the cinnabuns they were cold and had basically NO sugar on them at all ! Very disappointed in the service these young men provided

Just have to mention how kind the server was at the drive thru! They ran out of Pepsi and the gentleman apologized for the inconvenience and suggested another drink. Genuinely appreciated how kind this person was! Ordered three tacos and they did not skimp on anything, which is much appreciated!

I ordered via the Taco Bell app and thought I was getting exactly what I ordered but instead when I finished my normal crunchy Taco I started feeling strange and even while eating it I noticed fiesta chips inside of the normal crunchy Taco! I didn't even order that! 100% will avoid from now on. I'm scared to even eat whatever else is still here...
