Tried to get lunch here at 12:45 on a Sunday, guy told me the cook was sick come back at 1:30. Come back at 1:40 the door was locked, sat around for an hour for nothing

I waited for over 20 minutes. Not even an acknowledgement from the bartender. She was too busy on the phone facetiming on how to use the system for a previous customer. I walked out! Poor customer service and poor training! YIKES!! STAY AWAY!! Better places on Main St! Food was never great anyways and I live 2 doors down hoping for convenience just disappointment!!!

I have never been so disappointed by a restaurant in my entire life. I have never seen food messed up this badly. The meat was seasoned VERY badly. I would've rather just not had anything to eat.

I love this place and I order from here almost every week but I must say that the last two times it hasn’t been the greatest. Last time the rice was not cooked well and there was barely any guacamole in the burritos. I figured it was a busy night and since it was always delicious, I let it go. Unfortunately, today was another disappointing order as I found a hair in my burrito. I tried to call but no one answer and I don’t feel like driving back to the place just for one burrito. I will have to reconsider this to be my favorite place. Since they renovated the place things have changed

The food is not very good and very expensive but they should make the food more delicious and provide security for everyone to be safe, thank you

Tried to order simple take out items. Spent 5 minutes on the phone trying to explain “chicken tacos”. Lady kept saying she couldn’t hear me. The music was blasting in the background. After going back and forth that I wanted two chicken tacos, she understood I said beef. Had over $70 worth of food that was going to be ordered but lost my business

This place used to be a reliable location for authentic, no-frills Mexican food. Since switching names (which I assume indicates new ownership and management) the quality and reliability of the food has plummeted. Today I ordered two beef tacos and a beef burrito with no lettuce, cheese, sour cream, or guacamole. I received two “tacos” that were abominable…they were full flour tortillas built like a Taco Bell soft shell burrito rather than a taco with a corn tortilla, beef, cilantro, and onions. My “beef” burrito was pork and contained all the ingredients I asked to have removed. How very unfortunate. I hope the previous owners are doing well.

We ordered a take out order: Torta de Pollo and simple chicken quesadilla with guacamole on the side

We received a dried inedible chicken sandwich and chicken, lettuce and a ton of sour cream on some wrap. On the side was a slice of avocado and not the guacamole as per the order.

We could not eat our food and they charged us $37 for that

Don't ear there.... unacceptable and inedible food

I’ve never felt not wanted more in my life. As soon as I walked in with my friends and 10 min from 10 pm. Already got weird looks from the staff, was ignored when trying to order our drinks and once we finally got the drinks, there was almost no alcohol in them and we were immediately given our check. Keep in mind we are planning to stay for at least an hour but now that we got our check, we’re leaving. The hospitality at this establishment was less than the bare minimum. Truly saddened by this fact especially since I wanted to support a local business but this treatment was just a disappointment. I would not recommend at all.

A lot of the reviews here are for Taqueria la Frontera. I believe the restaurant recently change hands and with that, the quality of the food has dropped dramatically. We've done take out 3 times since the change and now everything is way too salty (especially the quacamole). The chips are no longer "authentic appearing" rather they appear to come out of a bag from Aldi. The steak last time in my Burrito was so overcooked it was consistency of beef jerky. I'm not sure ill go back because it seems the prices have gone up as well. I hope they turn it around. It used to be so good.

When this place used to be La Frontera, I loved it. But this new place is NOT is. My husband got a Dos Equis and it was ok, then he got another and it was EXTREMELY foamy. I got a mango margarita and it tasted like just over, and then got a blue moon, and it was FLAT. This place used to be great but this new management and name just isn't it.

spent $70 on birria tacos just for them to have the most inedible taste. Ordered a horchata and was even worse. To say the flan was the least semi good item i ate.

Well, my experience was bad since the food had a lot of oil in the tacos, we thought we would have a nice time as a family but since we arrived they give more importance to the bar than to the restaurant and it was too expensive to pay 70 dollars for 8 tacos and two salchipapas that were not could eat
