The food and drinks are pretty okay but rhe staff is very short and aggressive if you have questions or when they mess up and you point it out and ask for it to be corrected. I love the store itself and it's so beautiful but I've stayed away sometimes from eating there because of the atmosphere there and judgment from the workers.

love this place so much but yesterday was a mess. i got the drink i usually get, and asked for almond milk (pretty sure i paid extra for it too) and i’m almost 100% sure they gave me dairy milk because i was horribly nauseous and feeling like crap after i drank not even half of it. was out of commission for almost an hour and it really messed up my plans for the day. disappointed because i love the drinks here and ive never been done dirty like this before😭 if you’ve got lactose issues i would definitely stress that to the people there so they don’t stick u with a bunch of cow milk
