Great food, great service, and fun time with the pool tables and Juke box
We came at 5:15 and our order wasn’t taken until 6:00. Food came out quick enough and was ok (we only ordered burgers). There is only one waitress for the whole restaurant and it is now packed. It is now 6:45 we asked for the check 15 minutes and are still waiting. What’s going on with this new management??? How about some more staff?
On Saturday 7/19, my daughter placed a phone order for delivery. When the delivery time passed, she called the restaurant. Was put on hold for ever, then told their system was down?? My daughter had received a text confirmation of the order including an order number. Her bank deducted the money. She was told a refund would be issued. Today is 7/23 and she still has not received the refund after multiple calls. Every call brings a different story. Terrible way to conduct business.
