How dare you want a croissant that isn’t burnt at this location because the lady making them is very rude. Act like it is a problem and then toss the new one at you, I guess that’s what we get though.

Shoutout to the morning crew who know me by name by now! I think a couple must have left but I’ve seen the employees deliver an older woman’s coffee outside to her so she didn’t have to walk in. I usually do mobile pick up but one time it was raining and the line for the drive thru was unusually long but after I told them I was picking up in the drive thru, someone actually came out and brought it to me instead of having me wait the line. we went through the drive through and our staff person was so lovely and friendly and made the experience wonderful. The cold brew I got was delicious but unfortunately the breakfast sandwich was dry and bland
