Tomatoe's Pizza & Sports Bar

Moved to Broad Brook in February. Our daughter told us about Tomatoe’s. Fantastic pizza! It is our go to pizza place now!!

Went in for dinner, the bartender was great . I ordered a cheeseburger yummy. Can't complain 12 bucks. They have two pool tables and a comfy feeling. The pizza is awesome. I highly recommend this place. Quick and easy. Update: Wednesday night I stopped in just by chance and it ended up being a great night. I played some pool 2/1 me. Then DJ Jackie showed up, people were having a great time singing. The atmosphere was vibrant and exciting. I highly recommend Wednesday night come on down and see DJ Jackie and the amazing bartender Amy , she always smiling. 9:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Ordered a large pizza for take out what a big mistake, it was burnt on the bottom and completely gross never had a pizza to his bad in my life.

If you’re really craving a savory pizza and you’re anywhere near Tomato’s consider heading over to Taco Bell. This place makes pizza for people who don’t like pizza. In 2026 we don’t need this kind of negativity in our lives. We don’t have to live this way. Who hurt you Tomatoes, who hurt you?

I've eaten my fair share of pizza, probably more than most, and this was easily the best taco pizza I've ever had. I don't review much and I'm a very picky, hard to please eater. Absolutely fantastic!!!

1st time...Last time. We stood there when we first walked in, and the workers were just as confused as us. We were greeted with "we don't normally have dine in's". None the less, we stayed and had a pizza. Out of the 3 of us...2 of us would have it again if they were in desperate need of food, and the other would starve. There was 0 decor and maybe 4 tables. The sports bar sounded lively...def more of a dive bar feel imo. We sat in the "dining" area...exterior doors propped open & people from the bar side stood right outside and smoked, causing the area to smell like an ash tray. My back was towards the kitchen and my boyfriend had a front row seat...and this is what he witnessed: The woman taking orders (ours & over the phone) was also helping make food. No gloves in site, she made a sandwich. After making the sandwich she did not wash her hands. She also went outside for 10-15 minutes, came back in and went right back to making food...without washing her hands. Another female employee walked into the back where the food was being prepared and started vaping. The third employee we saw, a male, also appeared to not wear gloves, when he made a sandwich. Cross contamination, poor hygiene...not only is it bad for people with food allergies but for the general public. 10 out of 10 I do not recommend.

This is the place you go if you want to have a beer with some interesting locals and have shots with the bartender at noon. Don’t eat anything here. Had a grinder with a side of onion rings. Found a 3” piece of what looked like used dental floss in the dipping sauce. Made me sick to my stomach so I ran to the ladies room and found the trashcan being used to prop open the door to be full of maggots. You can’t even make this stuff up. We were out of there like greased lightening. Gross.

Lots of good menu choices.. will go again to try more.. bar and many tvs(choose your sport and pool.. other side, take out area and a few chairs and tables vs the booths shown in all online pictures.

Ordered pizza delivery and large salad
I asked for no onions- Got onions
The mushrooms were canned and soggy not fresh mushrooms and the large salad was all white ends of lettuce!! After taking off topping. I paid 40$ for all this not including delivery fees and tip .

Got take out. Super quick and easy crispy chicken wrap was so good. Fries were perfect!

Great time on Wed nights for kareoke. Good times Great people and would recommend if you ever need a spot for fast Great food or just have a drink
