Theres no policy that I cant have cold foam on my hot coffee. I never had an issues at this dunkin untill last week. Now some certain lady refuses to put it on my coffee. You are allowed to customize your order. If Im paying for it. Just do it. If I asked for 15 sugars they would put it. Why do they care what I want on my coffee. You're not drinking it.

How hard could it possibly be to get somebody’s order right I ordered a small hot latte with 2 pumps of caramel swirl and whipped cream not only they didn’t put my caramel swirls and whipped cream my coffee got a weird taste I’m guessing it’s coconut shot how do the stickers got the right order and it doesn’t taste like it this is really disappointing

The Dunkin on Windsorville road is my go to! I will drive out of my way to go to this location. The staff is fantastic! Vicky, Jacob, Aubrey, Tom and Danielle just to name a few! They are personable, remember my drink order! This is also a very clean location.

Stafford Dunkin has always been my home, but the food only was salty. The cheese was cold but was waited on fast with friendly service, and since I sat and ate, there was even asked how does it tasted? I don't see how this can be a big fan favorite.
Ordered a Medium iced matcha this afternoon and this is what I got when it arrived. Matcha is expensive. To just dump it in a cup and send it out the door is tasteless. Don't put it on the menu if you can't make it right. A straw is not strong enough to stir through the bottom of this hardened mess. I would normally give your location a 4-5 star review but between this location and Windsor Ave, I am not getting consistent orders made correctly no matter what time of the day we visit. These photos are after it sat for the 10 minutes it took from the window to my house.
