Stopped by with a colleague from work and few friends for a tea stop. So many delicious varieties of tea, nice teacups, delicious scones and yummy sandwiches. Everyone was so impressed, it’s a lovely day to always remember and guess what I will be there for a father and daughter special treat. I highly recommend you pay Luann’s visit, if you have not done so.

Purchased a salad at drive thru. Description - greens, chicken, blue cheese crumbles, cranberries and spiced pecans. Price $16. Received a very small container mostly filled with greens (which was wilted, not crisp and actually had some slimy pieces) maybe 7-10 pieces of bland chicken and minuscule amount of blue cheese and cranberries. I opened the bag when I got home and thought they served me a 1/2 salad instead of the full and was so disappointed in the overall quality I got back in my car, drove back to the drive thru and requested my money back. The return was the only good part of the situation. The cashier was pleasant and the return was handled with no issues or questions.

I can’t say enough good things about Luann’s Bakery in Ellington, CT! I reached out last minute hoping to get some Halloween treats made for my child’s daycare, and they absolutely came through. Not only did they pull it off in a short amount of time, but they also went out of their way to make sure everything was allergen-friendly and safe for all the kids.

The treats were delicious, beautifully decorated, and clearly made with care. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping make the daycare party special. If you’re looking for custom desserts, cakes, or holiday treats in Ellington, Luann’s Bakery is the place to go.

Thank you, Luann’s Bakery, for making so many little ones (and parents) smile!

LuAnn’s is one of those rare places that blends heart, quality, and craftsmanship perfectly. From their beautifully made baked goods to the warm atmosphere, every detail reflects genuine care and passion. As a fellow small business owner, I love discovering places like this that truly raise the bar. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re ever nearby — it’s absolutely worth it! ☕🍰

After disappointment with the first bakery we tried, we decided to try LuAnns. Best decision ever! The cake was the perfect density and moisture. The buttercream frosting was the perfect bit of creamy and airy. And they exceeded my expectations for the decorations! If you’re thinking about getting some baked goods done, don’t think twice about ordering from them! They also have delicious food and their iced chai’s are perfect!

Overrated and over priced. The kicker is they blocked my friends bakery. She does a much better job for a fraction of the cost.

I’m actually really impressed with this drive thru and can’t believe I haven’t been utilizing it! You can order online, which I did, and the pickup process was seamless, literally 0 wait, and the staff here is always nice (I’ve gone inside on several occasions). The drinks here are very good, I’ve never been disappointed. The baked items look delicious. I wasn’t blown away by the breakfast sandwich, which I did find to be a bit expensive for what it is, but in all honest isn’t much different from Starbucks prices. But all in all, I’ll be coming back here, especially for the delicious drinks and creative seasonal options, and the always friendly staff.

The coffee was good, but the pumpkin bagel was terrible. I through it out, the cream cheese was like soup and the bottom half of the bagel was like eating cardboard. so basically it cost me $10 for a cup of coffee, very disappointing!

Had the Chocolate Pumpkin cupcake and the Dill pickle cupcake at the big E. They were amazing, the frosting 🤩🤩. So delicious. I live in NH but will be coming to visit real soon to get more goodies!

I always enjoy visiting Luann’s! The coffee and food are fantastic, but even more enjoyable are the people who work there. Every time I come in everyone is consistently helpful, kind, and joyful! You can’t help but leave with a smile!
