Door dashed my food due to the fact I didn’t want to drive as I fell earlier that being said door dash did there job McDonald’s did not I was missing three sandwiches 3 straws and all my sauce for my nuggets as I call they seen that they some how forgot to bag them and yup I asked how I was going to get them well I had to drive so now that I paid for the delivery and extra on the tip I still have to drive there to get my food they forgot and everything else I got offered an extra fry 🙄 yup no an extra fry won’t help me but u could idk give me my money back from what I had to pay in delivery and tip and to add on to it I get home to find out the sandwiches I had at home I should of checked cause they were missing toppings that I had paid extra for never again they really need to get there shit together

First and last time at this location the laziness shows and the rudeness is crazy since when doesn't McDonald's allow you too ask too swap out buns some people have health issues and can not have seeds and every other McDonald's I have been too not once ever gave me an issue let alone a attitude too substitute a bun and too come from a manager at that is ridiculous

They mess up my order from the kiosk almost every time I go there and they also never give me half my stuff they put one pickle when I paid for extra and forgot the cheese they never gave me my refund when the ice cream machine didn’t work they forget my fries constantly and I’m always missing at least 1 thing from my order every time I leave I feel ripped off and treated like a joke for using the inside I get absolutely 0 service plus ketchup is never there and even if you ask for sauce you don’t get it

My wife to repeat herself so many times that she gave up and went to another McDonald's where they knew what they were doing not good service at all
We enjoyed our meal. While there we observed David dealing with a customer. An item was missing from the customer's order. The customer started to get rude and obnoxious with David. David acted in a very professional manner. He returned with the omitted food item to the table, and apologized to the customer. Kudos to this young man.

The food was hot, and the restaurant was fairly clean when I came in. What really sours this score is the lady they had behind the register. There were one or two orders before me, and there were some substitutions made, but this lady treated each one like it was a personal attack. I'm talking head in her hands, deep sighs, no smile, nada. Even when she brought me my order, which was a kiosk order, she even gave me a sarcastic "you're very welcome." I'm not sure what anyone did wrong, but I'd be warey of eating here again

I see why nobody was there when I walked in only workers . I asked for fresh fry with my orders . And they neglected to give me what I asked for. How are my fries colder than outside in 80 degree weather . Please tell me .

I'm an autistic adult and just had the worst experience I've ever had in any fast food location ever here in the Ellington location. The manager or General manager, whichever he is, doesn't understand what customer service is in the slightest. The McDonald's app had an error, which happens quite often, and my order didn't get sent to them, despite the charge going through on my card and a receipt of purchase being sent to my email. The manager FLAT OUT REFUSED to honor the purchase and barely looked at it while dismissing me. I've had errors like this happen before and with the receipt, managers honor the sale. This man refused to fill an order that was less than 20 dollars. I'll never use this location again.
