i really liked the worker Norah M. She made me feel so wanted and welcome and she stacked my sandwich with so much turkey it made my stomach so full so yummy!

The produce is very sad. Brown lettuce and tomatoes past their prime. I don't usually complain but for the price of a grinder now a days. It should be fresh and good. The woman behind me tonight complained to them about the brown lettuce and the young kids just shrugged their shoulders. I know this isn't their fault!

Only problem is no Sweet peppers. I hope it's not a permanent change. Was nice and warm when we walked it but then the air conditioning kicked in and made it too cold to eat in.

I ordered through the subway app... My account was charged. I went there to pick it up, the employees said "they had no record of the order." The cashier tried to tell me that "it takes a few days for a transaction to go through. That was probably from a few days ago." Ummm ... Nooo! I just ordered it 20 minutes ago. It says today's date. After arguing for 15 minutes they finally made me my food. I will never, ever use the Subway app again. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with this chick. Seriously paid for an order Subway didn't want to make me. I never had to fight for food I paid for before.

The manager lady with the glasses, was very rude in my opinion, commenting rude things about my food that i was ordering, while the other girl laughed. Very unprofessional

I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!
