This was my 1st visit to The Scoop Cafe in Ellington, CT. The shop is very clean and the young lady behind the counter was very generous with her knowledge of all today's icecream flavors. Consider this a must place to go when craving a sweet treat to end your day.

I have been here many times. The service, cleanliness and product are above par. The kids working there are so sweet. Tonight I ordered incorrectly. The young guy served up my ice cream just how I asked. I said to my Mom, I messed up my order. The young guy said we can fix orders, no problem. I said it is my mistake, not yours. I got 3 scoops of one exquisite flavor vs 3 different flavors. I got black raspberry cheesecake, highly recommend. But seriously these young...

Amazing!5 of us went in on a bit of a rainy day and were treated so, so well by the one employee who was there holding down the fort. Not only was the ice cream very, very good but the customer service was like it used to be in a local business and like it should be everywhere again. Keep up the great work!
