I have been here many times. The service, cleanliness and product are above par. The kids working there are so sweet. Tonight I ordered incorrectly. The young guy served up my ice cream just how I asked. I said to my Mom, I messed up my order. The young guy said we can fix orders, no problem. I said it is my mistake, not yours. Amazing!5 of us went in on a bit of a rainy day and were treated so, so well by the one employee who was there holding down the fort. Not only was the ice cream very, very good but the customer service was like it used to be in a local business and like it should be everywhere again. Keep up the great work!
This is my opinion and should be taken as such. This one missed the mark for me. Ice cream was good, they had a good selection of flavors. We got 2 of the signature shakes which seemed to be just a bunch of candy plastered onto the cup to hide the flavor of the shake. And for 32 dollars it was a letdown. The staff was friendly, but seemed to care more about the next person in line.
